We love this office! It’s such a welcoming, kid-friendly environment with toys, games, and even TVs on the ceiling, which worked wonders for my daughter when she was feeling a little nervous. The dental hygienist was so kind and patient, and Dr. Kyle was great — informative, reassuring, and great with kids. We’re so grateful we found this place and highly recommend it to other parents!

FANTASTIC experience today. I went in with two kids (20 months and 4 years old) with back to back first-time appointments… I was pretty nervous. But the office decor and friendly staff at check in put my mind at ease. We didn’t wait long to be called and our hygienist Ashley was so great with my kids. She was kind, calm, and patient… I can’t figure out how we were done so quickly (less than 30 min)! We saw Dr. Katie and she was equally wonderful. I can’t wait to take my kids for their next appointments.

This is by far the best place for a pediatric dentist appointment! The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My 8-year-old is usually very nervous about dentist visits, but he absolutely loves coming here. The kid-friendly environment, along with the screen on the ceiling during checkups, keeps him relaxed and entertained. The doctor is wonderful—taking the time to explain everything to my child before starting, which makes him feel comfortable and at ease. We’re so grateful to have found this office. Highly recommend!

My daughters are patients for 2 years at this clinic and they are always so excited when I tell them we have an upcoming dentist appointment! Everyone there is so friendly and they make sure the kids have a good experience taking care of their oral hygiene! Highly recommend Carousel!

We were referred to the clinic by our dentist for a specific pediatric situation. Our 6 year old was very comfortable and excited to be there and she had her procedure done the following day! Everyone was very friendly. We were pleased with the whole process and we’ll be back for the next procedure!

I’m very disappointed in my recent experience with Carousel Pediatrics. While the staff was initially kind and welcoming, I was unfortunately misinformed about the dental procedure my child was to undergo. We were told that the caps used would be "tooth-colored," but they turned out to be a stark, unnatural white that drew unwanted attention — my child was even teased at school the next day. To make matters worse, one of the caps came off while she was simply eating a soft bun from Texas Roadhouse. I strongly recommend that Carousel Pediatrics provide parents with actual examples or photos of the materials they plan to use before any procedure. Transparency and communication are essential, especially when it comes to a child’s health and confidence. Additionally, I was very disappointed to learn that after my ex-wife expressed her frustration in a review, the clinic sent a letter stating they would no longer provide services for our daughter. A reputable practice should aim to address concerns with empathy and professionalism — working to reassure families and improve the patient experience, not sever care. I truly hope Carousel Pediatrics reflects on these issues and strives to improve communication and patient relations moving forward.

This dentist may be fine for a cleaning/exam but I am extremely shocked and disappointed with the dental care my 6-year-old daughter received here. The office advertises "tooth-colored" crowns, but the crowns she received are stark white-completely unnatural-and larger than her natural teeth. We paid out of pocket specifically for tooth-colored crowns so they wouldn't be noticeable, yet they are extremely obvious. If I had known they would look so unnatural and horrible, I would have chosen silver crowns for less money. To make matters worse, red numbers and letters were left on the crowns, and the staff said they would "fade over time." My daughter has already been asked by another child at school why she has numbers on her teeth. When I provided photos and requested a refund for the difference between the silver and "tooth-colored" crowns, the office refused. The staff were polite and seemed professional, which is why I trusted them with my child under general anesthesia-but the results are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. This is not what anyone should expect when paying extra for "aesthetic" dental work, and the office should be embarrassed that they allowed a child to leave looking like this.
