My dentist of almost 30 years was retiring, so, through a lot of searching, I found Apple Valley Dental. I was nervous to start over with a new dentist, but I remained open-minded. I have to say I felt very taken care of. This place is state of the art and in the short time I was there, I could tell the staff works well together. Everyone I came in contact with showed kindness, care, and a level of professionalism you want from a medical facility. For my first visit, they did a thorough set of X-rays and checked my gums. The ladies were all so nice and informative. The hygienist helped me understand the health of my gums and suggested ways I can keep them healthy between cleanings. The dentist, Dr. Kim, took time to get to know me and encouraged me to share my questions and concerns. Before leaving, we set up an appointment for my first cleaning with one of the many qualified hygienists. So far, I feel like I’ve made the best choice for the future of my teeth.

Had my teeth whitened by Kei. She was amazing and gave me amazing results. I’ve been going to Dr Kim for a very long time and can’t imagine having a better dentist family. They are all so great. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

KEI I went in for a broken crown, and Kei was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Since my smile is very important to me, she took the time to work with me to ensure my temporary tooth looked the way I wanted, especially knowing I would be wearing it for two weeks until my permanent crown is completed. It was refreshing to have someone who genuinely enjoys their work, and it truly showed through her professionalism and attention to detail. Going to the dentist is not always the most enjoyable experience, but Kei made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into making sure I felt confident with my smile.

Edit: Went in for service, and my balance due had changed. My insurance wasn't going to cover the service. Was told that he didn't know how to obtain the necessary forms and that "nobody does." He seemed to be very simple-minded, and I'll informed.. I walked out. He wouldn't allow me to reschedule at the time, smirked, and stated that they would be collecting payment in full, before even scheduling my next appointment. The interaction seemed "nasty" and unprofessional. Not somebody I'd want working anywhere near me, much less my mouth.. Cheers. Initial: Visited the office as a new patient today and had an awesome experience. I received outstanding care from Kay, who was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was extremely sweet and helpful throughout my visit. I really look forward to dropping by the office again soon. Thank you so much.

Dr. Kim‘s office is so well staffed and everybody there is friendly and I always get a great feeling even going to the dentist there. Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. Mary also helped in the back and she’s excellent. Also everyone there is even Desiree, who cleaned my teeth The whole staff is great, but the people upfront people in the back office is super clean well maintained I’ve known Dr. Kimfor over 20 years

The employees are helpful and kind. The Dr. Kim was awesome. Very gentle. Handled my anxiety well. Making jokes and keeping me stay calm. I’m very happy with my experience here. I will definitely recommend this dental office.
