I had a most amazing appointment yesterday. My thorough dental cleaning was done by Ayanda and Dr. Ryad. I decided to have a crown replaced after Dr. Ryad explained the new dental technology of scanning the existing crown while still in my mouth then making a new crown in-house in a milling machine from the scan. The whole procedure took about an hour and a half. The crown is perfect and i am so happy with the results. Paul finished the appointment with very clear information about the charges and I was on my way. Thank you to everyone!!

Today I went in for a cleaning. The staff was so nice. The dentist was great. I was nervous because my dentist just retired. I was treated very well. I definitely will go back.

I have been coming here for many years and have always been taken care of. I highly recommend using them.

I switched to this dentist just before COVID hit. I was referred by a family remember to come. The first time I went it was just fine. Went 6 months later and I was told that I needed a small cavity filled. I was shocked because I take very good care of my teeth and I am almost 40 and don't have any yet. Came back to get the cavity filled and another Dr looked at my xrays and said that if I get them filled now they will do more harm than good that it is not worth drilling into my teeth. I was very frustrated that I had to come back and waste my time with this and the fact that the 2 Dr's have different opinions. Went back 6 months later and I walked in thinking this will be my last time that I am sure I am not going to like the service. I was surprised to see ALL new staff and Dr's. after this visit I decided to give them another chance and booked a 6 month appointment. At this visit I was told I needed to get the cavity filled and I went ahead with it since now they are saying it needs to be done. No problem but I left after the filling not able to bite down fully. I told the dr that and she said that it was due to the numbness and that I could come back in a week to get it grinded down. As many of you I am VERY busy and did not want to have to come back but I wanted to trust the process. My mouth was so sore from favoring one side that I came in the next day to yet another Dr. Who finally fixed it. As I left I canceled my appointment for the future as I will not be coming back. I then called my previous dentist to get their opinion on having to come back after a filling and they said that is very rare that I should have left that same day just numb and not have to come back. Going to the dentist does not bother me so I know that is not the issue. The issue is the inconsistency in the DR's and how they did not listen to me when I said that I could not bite down all the way.
