Went in for a filling for a cavity I thought was getting bigger. Stayed a couple hours waiting for someone to no show. Got seen, tooth filled, only for the tooth they made to crumble apart two hours later when I tried brushing my teeth at home.

Is it still extremely hard to get seen in the dental clinic? And do the patients still get booked months out?

Is there a reason why you are lying to a ton of us when we come in stating tooth pain? I know at least 5 people, including myself, who have tooth pain and you guys are stating it’s from grinding teeth and a mouth guard has been given instead of treating the problem. Two of them have had actual cavities that you are NEGLECTING to treat. If you guys cannot help us then give us referrals to other places where we can get proper treatment.

In April 2025, I visited Dr. Keeler for a wisdom tooth extraction, and unfortunately, it was the most distressing dental experience I have ever had. I typically enjoy going to the dentist and have always had positive interactions with providers and staff. However, this visit was markedly different. When preparing to numb the area, Dr. Keeler mentioned the injection would feel "sharp." I did not fully understand what he meant until the numbing process began. The pain was unusually intense, and I instinctively reacted and asked him to stop. Out of reflex, I pushed his hand away. In response, he struck my hand and began yelling, emphasizing how dangerous my reaction was. I was in significant pain, shaking, and crying, and I immediately apologized, explaining that the pain felt extreme and unlike any dental numbing I had experienced before. Dr. Keeler then left the room for approximately 15 minutes. During that time, no staff member checked on me, offered comfort, or even provided a tissue, despite clearly seeing that I was upset. The lack of support and empathy was deeply concerning. When he returned, he reiterated his frustration about me moving his hand before proceeding with the extraction. Once the procedure was finished, he left the room abruptly without any closing remarks or reassurance. As a healthcare worker myself, this was so disappointing to experience. Overall, this experience left me extremely shaken and disappointed. The absence of bedside manner, communication, and patient care was unlike anything I have ever encountered in a healthcare setting.
