I recently visited North Pacific Endodontics for a root canal procedure, and I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Jeppson was extremely professional and took the time to explain each step of the procedure before and during the treatment. I appreciated how clearly he communicated what he was doing, which helped ease any concerns I had. The procedure itself was completely painless, which was something I was nervous about beforehand. Dr. Jeppson worked carefully and efficiently, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Jeppson and his team to anyone needing dental care.

Great experience! This was my first root canal and I was nervous but there was no need to be. They were able to get me right in and fixed up same day! Front desk staff were great and the doctor was gentile. So much so I think I fell asleep haha!!! Thanks again.

I was in significant pain with a tooth that had been giving me trouble. I woke up on a Monday morning and couldn’t tolerate it anymore. After paying a visit to my primary dentist first, I was referred to this office and they got me in ASAP! The tooth was so painful it had trouble getting numb, but not once was I made to feel like I was asking too much to pause and make adjustments for comfort. The assistant and dentist were warm, friendly and accommodating during the whole process. It was absolutely refreshing to be cared for attentively.

Staff was very polite and courteous and made me feel at ease. The doctor was extremely competent and explained what was going to happen in the procedure. His assistant was very quick and accurate in providing the instruments he called for. Highly recommend this dental practice.
