After reading the reviews and doing my own research, I decided to give the Arctic location a try, and I’m very glad I did. I had previously been going to the Tikahtnu branch, but I never fully felt satisfied with the experience there. This office completely changed that for me. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, transparent, and genuinely caring. They took the time to double check everything to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment. During my cleaning, they were also very mindful of my comfort, which I truly appreciated. Although they were not the original office that worked on my crown after it had popped off, they were able to re-cement it properly, make sure my bite felt natural, and ensure it was not sitting too high. They answered all of my questions clearly and confidently, which gave me a lot of reassurance and trust in their work. While checking out, I noticed several awards displayed throughout the office, and after my experience, I can absolutely see why they’ve earned them. I would highly recommend this dental office, especially the Arctic location. One thing that especially stood out to me was hearing how kind and patient the staff were with children while I was there. It made me feel very comfortable knowing this is a place I could confidently bring my kids and family to as well.

I visited bty Dental today and was very impressed! I was travelling from out of state and had a dental emergency. When I called, they were able to get me in within an hour. I arrived and was seen within minutes. Every person that I encountered was professional and friendly. They provided me with top notch care and I was very thankful given the circumstances. If I lived in Anchorage, I would 100% switch to them as my primary dental care! Thank you Dr. Jang and everyone at bty Dental!!

Thank you so much Dr Cha and Eva, dental assistant and check-in staff. You make going to the dentist easy and painless. I needed numbing medication, injections and laughing gas as my teeth are so very sensitive. I’ve had bilateral ear surgery about 5 weeks ago which makes the injections particularly sensitive. Dr Cha was so patient and both her and Eva were so kind. I felt safe and cared for. Thank you again to BTY dental for an excellent appointment for teeth cleaning.
