Dr Malcolm and the entire team at Alaska Advanced Dentistry are incredible! Professional, friendly, courteous, patient and everything else you would want in a dentist. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and I recommend this practice if you are seeking treatment. Dr Malcolm also has relationships with specialists in the area who were fantastic too!

I had a great experience everyone there was super friendly and attentive. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past when came to dental offices, but I can say that from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt comfortable and at ease. I especially loved my dentist assistant dawn she took great care of me.

I've been very impressed with my experience at Alaska Advanced Dentistry. Scheduling my appointments has been easy and simple via texting, and rescheduling for any reason has been stress-free. The entrance area is clean, modern, and relaxing, wait times are short, and staff are very professional, sweet, and on top of it. They've been able to process my insurance easily.

I am probably like most people; a trip to the dentist is not on my fun list. But my recent trip to Alaska Advanced Dentistry was much better than anticipated. The staff was friendly, I actually saw the dentist who set up a plan to deal with my dental needs. And was able to schedule step 1. I was shown the plan and told options based on cost. But with no pressure. I came away with a good mindset of the steps I need to take. Heaven felt like that leaving a dental appointment before.

BEST dental office in the state of Alaska. Growing up, I’ve had many visits to see the dentist due to poor hygiene as a child/teen and overall poor enamel. This October I had a crown placed for the first time and it was quite the process for me, but WOW were they efficient and thorough. I’m so thankful I was referred to them by a family member because I feel comfortable with them, and my anxiety isn’t through the roof every time I walk in. You can tell they know what they’re doing as they keep up with the latest dental technology and evidence based care. The front desk and billing have been nothing but a breeze to work with - a seamless process with insurance. The dental techs and the dental hygienist are caring, compassionate and personable. Last but not least, Dr. Malcom.. It’s such a RELIEF to be examined and treated by a medical professional who is caring, respectful, knowledgeable, and listens to your needs. I did not once feel shamed, ridiculed or felt like my concerns were pushed aside. You can tell the entire office strives to provide excellent and consistent care to their community. Keep up the amazing work everyone!!

So pleased with my experience with Alaska Advanced Dentistry and can’t recommend them enough. Due to some not so great previous experiences, my anxiety was pretty terrible in regards to dental work. I had put off going to the dentist for almost 8 years, before I broke a tooth and didn’t really have a choice. Going in, I had some pretty irrational fears, but their staff put me at ease and got me taken care of. Last November was my first visit with them, and as of today I have had all necessary work completed and my confidence has been restored. Can’t thank them enough for their support and never making me feel like crap about delaying coming in for so long.

They’re efficient with scheduling and make it very easy and accessible to talk to them via text! A very friendly and welcoming staff, everytime I book/appt with them they always give me a great experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in need of dental care/assistance!
