Dr DeMaio is great! Both of my sons have had excellent experiences with him, and his early intervention with my younger son saved us a lot of time and money. His "bedside" manner with the kids is awesome, and he's great at explaining the technicalities to parents.

Dr. DeMaio and his team have been nothing but warm, gentle and kind since we started going there a year ago. They're efficient, but personable. The patients are in a community room with other kids which takes the fear out of a dentist visit. Highly recommend!

My daughters, Erin and Tara both had orthodontic treatment with Dr DeMaio. Their smiles couldn't be more beautiful now and they were a crowded mess before! Every visit to both their Amherst and Northampton offices has always been very pleasant. Dr D and all his staff are always super friendly and accommodating. My older daughter is off to college next week and last minute realized she is in need of new retainers. I thought it would be too last minute to have them made but of course they fit her in and delivered them to her today. We've always felt very cared for there and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic treatment.

My oldest child got her braces here and now my youngest son. My son has special needs and we weren't even sure if he could stand having braces. Well, let me tell you, this office employs the best people in the field. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They worked miracles for us!

My second daughter is now also receiving orthodontic care from Dr. DeMaio and his team. Every interaction I have had over the past three years has been friendly, positive, informative, and helpful. Dr. DeMaio is very encouraging and respectful with the kids, having a great "bedside manner." He suggests options, and shares his opinion, rather than stating what has to happen. When we needed "urgent care" for a wire protruding, staff insured that we were seen within hours. The payment plan options are great, and make this investment manageable. I was "sold" when we first met him, and following an assessment of my daughter's situation, stated matter-of-factly that: not everyone needs to look like a white guy from Kansas, that there are many different faces, and the goal is both to have well aligned teeth, and to have the orthodontic work integrate seamlessly with the face of the client. I highly recommend this practice!

My 11 year old and 8 year old daughters both go to Demaio Orthodontics and we are beyond pleased with the advice, staff, and service that has been provided there. Dr. Demaio himself is WONDERFUL with children. He has an excellent bedside manner and connects so well, alleviating fears, and offering assurance. Every staff person we have come in contact with there is fantastic. The secretarial staff are funny, warm, friendly and accommodating. We just can't say enough good things. Our 8 year old had to have an expander for 2 months at only seven years of age. She now already has braces. This was so scary for her and everyone there offered her such kindness during the difficult times of changing her gear. She loves Dr. Demaio and despite not wanting all of this work done, the outcomes were so fast and her teeth already are looking exponentially better. The hardware has effectively and efficiently corrected a cross bite and full underbite in less than six months, all because of the advice of Dr. Demaio. We highly recommend Demaio Orthodontics for not only the kindness and excellent bedside manner of the staff, but for the professional knowledge and honest, appropriate, advice of Dr. Demaio. My girls are lucky to have him as an orthodontist.

Dr. Demaio and all the staff have always been very friendly, professional and attentive. My daughters progress with braces is actually going quicker and mor effectively than I expected. I highly recommend DeMaio for any orthodontic needs.
