Staff are wonderful. They explain every procedure and make sure you understand what's going on. They take great care of you. Had two teeth extracted about 2 hours ago and it was virtually pain free all I felt was pressure and a bit of tugging on a difficult tooth. Highly recommend as your go to dentist.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went in a few months ago complaining of pain in my teeth , they used an old xray of mine from a few months prior when I was a new patient and they told me it was my wisdom teeth and tried to send me to get the removed , I'm glad I went with my gut and changed dentist because my wisdom teeth weren't even the problem I had a cavity that I'm lucky I'm getting repaired now because the tooth wouldn't have been able to be fixed if I wouldn't have known about it and got my wisdom teeth removed! Not to mention anytime I've been there I have NEVER met the actual dentist I've always dealt with the assistants. If you value your teeth I would recommend a different dentist!
I thought I finally found a dentist office that really cares , but was proven wrong today when I called to make an appointment,telling them I was in pain. They would not even schedule me an appt because of a balance due from when they seen my husband. So bottom line is they can cards less about a patient in pain just money.
The Staffing is fantastic here, they always have your best interest at heart they talk you through everything to let you know what's going on. They alsoa let you know what your options are. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking easy to see from road wheelchair accessible and wheelchair parking easy to see from Road. Restaurants and shopping close by.
Great dentist! Very professional. Nice clean office. Dr Krupp is super! Would highly recommend.
Do NOT go here. They will mess your teeth up and then deny they did it. Girls working on me teeth were discussing if they should "Google" something but "they had already started"....um yea probably should've googled it.
Caring staff and doctors. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family!
