I can’t say enough about how Aspen Dental helped me. I recently needed to have many of my teeth pulled and dentures made. A friend of mine told me about Aspen Dental and his experience with them when he received his dentures. I have a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist, so I had put this off for a long time. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable. The women who work in the office were so helpful and nice. The Office Manager, Shanice, was wonderful as she reviewed my options and assisted me in applying for financing. Cam took my X-Rays and Shana took care of my impressions . They were both so kind and patient with me, making sure I was comfortable during the process. Finally, the dentist, Dr. Jenefer, was incredible. She pulled 11 teeth easily, snd I did not feel a thing. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t believe it was over so quickly and that she had pulled all 11 teeth. Lastly, the dentures I received are beautiful. They look so natural! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone who needs a dentist. It has been a wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience at aspen dental. They use modern equipment and the whole process felt very advanced and comfortable. The doctor is gentle, very knowledgeable and made sure I had no pain during the treatment. I also liked how they checked on me after the visit to make sure I was doing well. The team really cares about their patients. Everything was handled with great attention and care. I feel confident about my dental health after coming here. I will continue my treatment here and gladly recommend it to others.

Aspen Dental in Amherst has been consistently excellent. Everyone there is always professional, super courteous, friendly, flexible, and genuinely nice. They make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to Krystale, the dental hygienist. She is always warm, welcoming, and very friendly. She even sings while she works, which honestly gives the visit a unique charm and makes the appointment way more enjoyable than you’d expect at the dentist. You can tell the staff cares about their patients and wants people to feel comfortable. That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference. Highly recommend. Five stars — I’ll only be coming back if Krystale is allowed to keep playing her Spotify playlist, because it was great. As a fellow millennial, the playlist was a bonus.

I hate dentists...I always have, but when my 57 year-old partial broke leaving me with a gap in my front teeth I finally tried to make an appointment for the first time in five years. They met with me the next day for diagnosis and x-rays. The next day they cleaned half my mouth, the next day the other half and made the measurements for the bridge. The next day they filled three cavities. The bridge comes in next week. No pain. Great care.

Needed a tooth extracted (or fixed if possible). Unfortunately I couldn’t afford the "fixed" option, as it would have cost over $4k. I decided to get it extracted and had a great experience all things considered. Price (after insurance) was very reasonable, staff was attentive and friendly. Whole process was quick and painless. Dentist was able to extract the tooth in one piece and with minimum post-op. Very pleased.

I can be a hard 5 star, I would give 4.5 if I could. I had a really good experience with everyone who helped me with some urgent tooth problems. Setting the appointment was easy, a follow up call before the visit asking if we needed to target problems or check overall needs. Everything went well from the visit, scheduling, working in my budget, and having me back to fix my issues quickly. I worked with Casey up front, Dr. Jennifer, an Assistant Shana and another assistant. All were helpful and worked together to make things comfortable and easy. I plan to be back here for more care

Dr. Jenefer and her team were awesome! Ever since I was a kid, I have hated going to the dentist, so my levels of anxiety were sky high! Dr. Jenefer and her team put me right at ease. This was probably the first time in a long time that I was not tempted to walk out of the office as I have done with past facilities. Shana was very gentle and thoroughly explained in great detail what she was doing during my new patient exam and intake. Krystal was also excellent. Money is tight, so I highly appreciated Casey going over the costs of everything beforehand. I will definitely be coming back!
