I've been coming here for dental care for almost 20 years. For the last five I've driven over an hour for my cleanings. Dr. Castenson is friendly, listens attentively, is proactive, gives me options for my treatment, and will work with you to ensure you are comfortable for your visit. All of the hygenists I've worked with have also been thorough and compassionate, and provide good recommendations for how I can improve my dental health.

I can't say enough great things about Amity Street Dental and their kind staff. In particular, Kerry. My daughter was 2-hours away in Amherst when she had a dental emergency. Amity was the 4th place I called. The other 3 were either cold and unsympathetic or booked. Kerry was so nice and compassionate. She immediately helped put a worried dad's mind at ease and booked an emergency appointment. Things went great and I wanted to convey my appreciation. Thank you Amity Street Dental.

I had great experiences at Amity Street Dental! Dr. Castenson is great, he made all my procedures quick and painless! They were also able to get my boyfriend in quickly and fast-track his care since we were moving soon.

Dr. Castenson is an excellent dentist. I've been going to this practice for well over 15 years. I drive over an hour to go to Amity Street Dental. Their work is professional and of the highest quality. There I can truly receive pain free dentistry. The staff is excellent as are all of the assistants. A big shout of to my hygienist Kayla - she also kind and thorough!

I have been with this practice for more than ten years and have used all of the dentists. My experience with the dentists has been uniformly excellent and the staff are also great. They have recently expanded the number of dental plans they accept making them more accessible and affordable. I highly recommend them.

I felt humiliated, I had no words to express how humiliated I felt after my last visit. Dr. Victor Ivancev Came with his Russian assistant so he can tell me and yell at me in Russian so no one in the office can understand. I came to the front desk after being all scared completely humiliated and to express how I feel, he followed me and interrupted me and didn’t let me speak. My last visits was awful, I came to get my cleaning done after they have been reaching out to me I need the cleaning. I came and the doctor and the doctor decided to take X-rays as well for any possible future work. When he realized that I have done 2 implants somewhere else. He yelled and asked why. I didn’t know it is any clinics business where I did the teeth and how I did because I had to do it right away after my bridge fell. He said, you came to me to do it under insurance and now you want to do crowns under insurance but the implants you went somewhere else. He said to basically leave to that other clinic and to not come back. He said if you want me to do your teeth now, you need 2 more implants but I really do not have money for implants. My last work I did with him, I paid 10k. I also brought him bussiness and my mom in law and she paid cash 30k, she is still in debt and paying off. Just because of 1 incident he yelled and basically said he will not do any work for me under the insurance unless I do implants. I felt humiliated and forced, I felt money hunger from this side. No compassion. His other two implants, he did them so low that my teeth did not touch. His work is not the best. But I am sorry, humiliating and yelling at like this was awful. It took me a whole day to come to myself. I will take next steps action and will report this situation. Doctors cannot act like this
