I have never been to a professional provider other than this office, which was rude. It started with my insurance card; we don’t accept United Healthcare AARP. According to my benefit plan, this doctor is on the network. Then, I had a letter from my orthopedic surgeon as I had knee surgery last May. You have to take a prescription for the prevention of any infection. I stated my orthopedic surgeon had changed this wait time. The receptionist said it for two years; the nurse was standing there and said she had one the other day, and it had changed. I phoned my insurance company and spoke to the dental department upon review of my policy it should be covered up to $1250. United Heathcare asked me to stay on the line while she called the office . United Heathcare was very polite in her introduction to the receptionist. They immediately hung up on her. They dialed back and the receptionist answered stating I don’t know all the codes and terms you are talking about . United Heathcare said they would fax a copy of my benefit plan to them for review. That was last week and I have nothing from this office . I would not recommend this dentist . They lack professionalism and no patient deserves this.

I went in to maybe have a root canal . It took five minutes for him to tell me I don't need one because it's too bad and I should have it pulled. I received a bill today for $350. What a freaking scam. If you have a lot of cash Feel free to go there.

I was nervous to have a root canal - always heard about the horror stories. Dr John Crawford was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing and no pain afterwards. I’ve had cleanings that were more uncomfortable. Highly recommend and his staff was very friendly!

Before going to Crawford, I went to another dentist - who started the RCT but couldn't deaden a nerve in my tooth. That appointment was 2 hours of agony. I went to Jon Crawford DDS to finish the root canal, and it was worth every cent. He is excellent at his job, and I felt NO PAIN during the procedure. I will be recommending him to everyone who needs a RCT in the future. I had an abnormally shaped tooth, and an extra canal - and he handled everything to my upmost satisfaction. We all want to go to a dentist who knows what they are doing - and who can make it painless. This is that dentist.

5 day in with a ton of pain from the bone infection and they won’t give any pain meds. Just keep preaching take your antibiotics. They say to call the next day if it’s not better and they will help but they haven’t. I would NOT recommend if there’s any chance of complications.

Dentist was great for procedure office however took weeks to get te right insurance notified to process claim.

Very rude customer service. Never been to this dentist, but trying to get some information for my dad the lady was very rude on the phone!
