I’ve needed a tooth pulled for several years. and kept putting it off. My experience at Ames Oral Surgeons made me wish I’d have done it sooner. From my first call to the procedure, the expierence was first class and professional. The front office ladies welcomed me and kept me informed, rescheduling around a snow storm with several calls. The dental assistants were kind and professional making the tooth extraction go smoothly. Keeping me informed every step along the way. Dr. Cho… I may never need another tooth pulled but if I do, Dr. Cho will do it. He kept me informed along the way, keeping me informed and explaining what was next. AND… Dr. Cho called me personally a few hours after the procedure to make sure. was doing ok. What Dr. does that? Dr. Cho, that’s who! All in all… Kudos to Ames Oral Surgery! They are the Best!

The staff was very patient and informative. The office and waiting area were borderline spotless! When I did get back into the room after a reasonably short wait, the surgeon and his assistant did their best to talk me through the whole process beforehand and while it was happening. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

Dr. Thomas Keith at the Iowa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons extracted one wisdom tooth and one molar for me. He is an extremely good oral surgeon. I liked his explanations during the procedure, and then he did a followup call later in the day to check in with me. Outstanding! The staff and office were very pleasant, and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again!

I had a tooth extraction. From check in to check out was only 40 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, explained everything fully and were supportive. Dr Cho explained the procedure in detail and asked me how I was doing throughout. I had no pain or discomfort. Dr Cho also called a few hours later to check on me. I only remember Amy's name, she was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this office.

Pleasant and helpful staff! Dr Kazwell handled my extractions quickly and painless!! Recovery is going well, the only pain is handled with ibuprofen! Now healing for several implants! Looking forward to my next procedure and have a full mouth of teeth to chew with!

They were very professional and provided all my options. No pressure to make a certain decision. I ended up having two teeth pulled and it caused very little pain. My abscess was causing so much pain before they pulled the teeth that the relief was immediate. I just finished treatment for cancer about 7 weeks ago and it affected so many parts of me. This was my first toothache ever and this office took care of it with compassion and care. Highly recommended

Although having a tooth extracted was not something I wanted to do, I’m glad I had it done at Ames Oral Surgeons. Everyone was friendly and professional. The procedure went smoothly, and was much less painful than I expected. They sent me home with a detailed package of instructions which was much appreciated as I started to recover. Within a few hours, the numbness was gone and the swelling and pain were easily managed. 24 hours after the surgery my pain was minor, and Tylenol was all that was needed. As I write this on day three, l’m happy to report that I feel normal again, although a few grams lighter. I am happy to recommend Ames Oral Surgeons!
