Ofcourse! My first appointment with Shemen im late. They gave a courtesy call to remind me I had a appointment. They were very kind and even 20- 30 min late they still got me back and cleaned up feeling great. Dr. Saure took his time and Stephanie was awsome to talk to when I could talk. When your teeth need to be fixed, cleaned or just checked, Shemen Dental truly does a wonderful job. To be honest, most people really don’t love going to the dentist, but the folks here are very patient and comforting.. I appreciate all their explanations of what is happening and wanting everything to go smoothly. They are on time with their appointments and work with you on your payments. I called yesterday due to a chipped tooth. The receptionist I spoke with were so friendly & helpful. The new patient enrollment was very simple. Dr. Sauer was absolutely the best. I was quite blown away from the whole customer service and kindness the whole staff had with me. Absolutely will be my new dentist for good!
