I had an amazing experience at Main St. Alpharetta Dental Clinic. Dr. Alexa and Dr. Imad were both incredibly professional, caring, and honest throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming, the clinic was spotless, and the level of care was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental clinic with great people.

My recent visit was excellent thanks to the entire team. Amy, the hygienist, did an outstanding job—she was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Laurel and Rachel were also wonderful; they were warm, attentive, and made the whole check-in and check-out process seamless. Dr. Sabbagh is always exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He takes time to answer questions and ensures everything is clearly explained. Overall, the entire team works together to create a welcoming and stress-free environment, and I truly appreciate the care they provide

The X-ray tech was very thorough & gentle. Amy, the Hygenists was very knowledgeable & did a great job explaining what was found during my exam. Dr. Sabbath was very personable & gained my trust immediately. So happy to have found this practice.

It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their oral health. I also had the opportunity to meet an intern who was shadowing during my visit. Despite being new, the intern demonstrated a high level of competence and enthusiasm. They were attentive, asked insightful questions, and were eager to learn, which I found very refreshing.
