I appreciate all of the staff for being personable and welcoming me as a new patient. Everyone was kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Tish and Dr. Bang-Crooks were very transparent with what I need for my dental health and the cost breakdown. I also appreciate how fast and efficient Aaron was with my dental cleaning.

This was my first time getting a teeth cleaning, and I was very nervous. The dentist and dental hygienist warmly welcomed me and immediately put me at ease. Even though the cleaning took over an hour, they were patient, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable the whole time because I trusted their care and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to others

The entire team takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care. They don’t treat you like just another appointment, they really focus on your individual needs and make sure you understand everything about your dental health. They are also incredibly understanding and accommodating. Even if you’re running late, they do their best to still see you and work with your schedule, which means so much. Since coming here, my teeth have never been healthier, and I feel more confident in my smile than ever before. My front tooth broke at the joint between a partial cap and the old base. Next to it is the gum of an old tooth that was extracted. How could I restore the teeth to function? Dr. Bangs, my highly respectable doctor, recommended a bridge held with four teeth. The teeth would be stronger together and last longer. It is painful procedure. Dr. Bangs made it operationally sound. She used the puffing method. She operated on the teeth for less than a minute. Gave me the opportunity to clean and breathe before she tried again. From 10 am to 2 pm. I told the team "You earned your money." It is a hard job. But it was done. The team deserves a great respect. It is a great team.

I’ve been going to Ivy for about 2 years now and Dr. Bang-Crooks and all of her staff have always been super nice and helpful! I’m always in and out very fast no matter what I’m having done and if I have questions they are always fully explained to me. Definitely the best Dental Office I’ve been to! Tish is great and very knowledgeable on the insurance side of things. She helped me fix my discrepancy with payment and that was super helpful. 🙂

The staff and the dentist at Ivy Dentistry made me feel at ease and explained all my treatments step by step and devised a treatment plan. My experience in the dental chair was much better than in my previous experience. The method use to numb me was completely painless and no tingling or pain as the medication wore off.
