Excelente servicio y atención. Me encantó, también tienen buenísimos precios en comparación a otros odontologos. La Odontologo fue súper atenta y su asistente me brindó una atención que mejor imposible. Sería perfecto si tuvieran financiamiento en sus servicios.

Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive. I’m greeted by everyone in the reception area. After being checked in they let me know where I’m to wait until I am called back to the chair. I’m greeted again by the assistant and asked if I had any concerns and questions about my visit. Once I’ve completed my appointment and checked out I was told to have a good day. This has been my experience each time I’ve visited. Kudos to the staff and team for their efforts to make this a great experience. Thank you.

Everyone is very kind & polite. The staff is very knowledgeable & can explain anything you ask about. I didn't realize that it takes at least 24 houra for your paperwork to go into the system, so I had to feel out a hard copy once I got to my appointment. They were all very patient & kind. Dr. Kim is amazing! She is super sweet & explains in detail what ahe sees. She prioritizes the procedures so you know what to do & when. Everyone here is wonderful & professional!

Front office people are so friendly & helpful with insurance issues. Sammy made me feel very comfortable with lots of xrays. She’s wonderful! Sima explained the cleaning process at every step. Very thorough. I’ve never had my teeth & gums get so much attention! Dr Kim explained some additional work I may need, that I need to think about. Everyone very professional & kind. I never felt rushed, Thank you for a pleasant dental experience!

I had an amazing experience at Imagix Dental of Alpharetta! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and my cleaning was incredibly thorough yet gentle. The dentist took time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. The whole place was spotless and so positive. I left with my teeth sparkling and feeling great! Highly recommend!
