The Friendliest Dental Office in Town

I have been a patient of this practice for nearly 20 years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. Dr. Nicole is a skilled dentist and I have always been satisfied with the dental care I received. Unfortunately, the front office experience has steadily declined to the point where I have decided to find a new dentist. Returning phone calls appears to be a consistent problem. Whether I am trying to schedule an appointment, confirm an upcoming appointment, or simply get information, I often have to call multiple times before anyone responds. Messages frequently go unanswered, leaving patients to repeatedly follow up on their own. A dental practice is more than just the dentist. The administrative staff are the first point of contact and are a direct reflection of the office as a whole. It is also disappointing to see responses to positive reviews while concerns raised in lower rated reviews appear to go unaddressed. After almost two decades as a loyal patient, I expected better communication and customer service. While I appreciate the care Dr. Nicole has provided over the years, the ongoing issues with the front office have led me to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to several dentists in the area, and I can honestly say my very first experience at The Friendliest Dental Office in Town was the absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had. Not only are they genuinely friendly, but they’re also extremely gentle and attentive. They truly care about your comfort every step of the way and make sure you feel at ease while they’re working on your teeth. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism, skill, and real compassion so well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who actually cares.

I thought I would never say this I enjoy going to the dentist Nicole and her staff are super ! I am 75 years old and I got drilled a lot over the years . this is the friendliest dental office in town!

Dr. Miller and her staff do a wonderful job. They are so thorough and caring. My family appreciates their attention to detail.

My previous Dentist retired and sold the practice to The Friendliest Dentist in Town 2 months ago. I have been meaning to schedule my first cleaning but hadn't gotten around to it. I had a crown pop out- literally in the middle of the Super Bowl and was scheduled to go out of town first thing Monday morning for a work trip. I called them and left a message fully expecting to not hear anything back until the next day, but figured it was worth a hail mary (no football pun intended). They called me back within 15 minutes and even though they had never worked with me before, they set me up with an appointment at 8:20am the day after the Super Bowl! When I went in, they lived up to their name. They were unbelievably friendly and professional. They have very nice facilities and were able to create and install my brand new permanent crown within a few hours. I could not be more grateful to Dr Miller and her team. Highly, Highly recommended!! GO BIRDS!

This place is amazing. Super friendly staff and so easy to talk to. I was a new patient and they got me in for a broken tooth the next week where my previous dentist didn't have anything available for over a month. 5 stars isn't enough for Dr. Nicole and her fantastic team. Thank you ladies. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
