I had my filling done with Dr. Wasno and two days later I called about temperature sensitivity with my tooth. I was informed that it would take a week for my symptoms to be resolved and instead, my filling fell out after a week. When I called back, I was poorly treated by the front desk lady and was told to call 3 days later as the doctor was on vacation and would not be available to solve the issue and was told to instead call the covering doctor. The covering doctor informed me that he would not be available to fix my filling and to either wait for my doctor to return or get some over the counter items and fix the filling myself. Dr. Mitchell Wasno Office and staff had no medical or professional ethics and have no empathy for their mistreated patients suffering from acute pain. They wanted the patient with a hole in her tooth to wait for three days and refused to even answer the phone when I called them. I had to leave several messages before I was able to get a hold of them. They really need to improve the patient approach and medical ethics.

Understands the situation well. Explains the problem to you clearly. Does things fast and clean. Also, the dental assistant is experienced, Clinic is a small one driven directly by doctor. Office is not corporate driven so there is no one there being commercial to the core towards customer. (No lies to rig you for money)

Dr.Wasno is a very kind and compassionate dentist.She is very skilled and caring about her patients.Her help especially Joy are very kind.I would recommend Dr. Wasno because she is a really great dentist.

Love Dr. Wasno and her entire staff. Always willing to help out in an emergency. Personable, polite and professional.
