In addition to providing the highest quality of workmanship...he always takes the time to explain each and every step of the care he is providing. And both his assistant Lori and hygienist Jenny go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to answer any questions I may have. I've been going to Dr. Hill for 12 years now. I used to stress out completely about going to the denstist because my teeth are so sensitive. Now I don't stress at all. Amy cleans my teeth every 6 months and is so gentle . Everyone in the office and of course Dr Hill are so nice and make sure you are comfortable and answer all your questions. They all work together as a team to be sure the patients are well taken care of in a pleasant environment so that the stress of going to the denstist is minimal or no stress at all.. Soo Dr Hill is awesome. I loved going to him. He's very professional and good at his job. But ever since joy left I was never able to get an appointment with him. His spouse took over making appointments and when I left early from work Easton to get to my appointment the office was closed and after 30 mins I left after leaving a message. She then Calls me after I'm driving back and says she had a headache and that's why she wasn't there but I could come back which I was already back at work at that point. Then I kept leaving messages to make another appointment for my cleaning and she never returned my calls and when I finally did make an appointment it was canceled because of the weather. I know 2 other people who go there and are leaving because of this unprofessional behavior. It's unfortunate because he's so pleasant and a great dentist but that customer service is not worth the hassle

Very very very happy with my experience at Dr Hill... will be going every 6 months ... very gentle and caring explained everything and great work! Highly recommended
