My experience at FreySmiles Orthodontics has been one of my best dental experiences thus far. I have always been a bit shy when it comes on to my smile but they have made it so comfortable and seamless for me to open up to them and get the process started. I started my braces journey in June 2025 and the intake process was very smooth. The staff always conduct themselves in a very professional manner and they are very accommodating and easy to work with. In the beginning I use to bring my two kids with me to my appointments and I was accommodated just the same. Not to mention the tremendous change in my smile and it has only been 5 months, my gaps are starting to close and my smile has changed for the better. The experience has been great so far and I can’t wait to see what my smile will look like in the next two years.

I finished my braces treatment here recently and the before-and-after difference still surprises me when I look at old photos. My teeth were crowded pretty badly, especially on the bottom row, and I honestly thought fixing them would take forever. The orthodontist was realistic from the beginning about timelines and possible discomfort, which I appreciated because nothing felt misleading. Some appointments ran a little behind schedule, especially late afternoons, but once you’re in the chair they stay focused and efficient. The assistants were consistently gentle during tightening visits, which helped because I have sensitive teeth. Retainers fit perfectly after treatment ended and they explained clearly how to maintain results long term. It feels nice being able to smile confidently now without immediately worrying about how my teeth look.
