It's a clinic, the dentist there finished their schooling and do a year at the clinic before they go out and find their place in the world. I've never had a problem with any dentist. They do one year so you see them twice if you go every 6 months. And then you get a new one. Everyone is great, the dentists are great and there is a license specialist dentist there all the time. I'm not sure if there's a waiting list so I would call and find that out. But it is a great place
My 5yo had a fear of things going in their mouth due to a bad experience with a strep test. The dentist and hygienist were both very caring and made sure to make note of it for the next visit which was today and they were still very understanding of the situation. My child had a great experience this time around due to their approach and is looking forward to the next appointment even!
I’ve been bringing my daughter here for several years without any issues—until today. I called to schedule an appointment because my daughter recently lost four baby teeth, some of which had caps and spacers to help guide her adult teeth. I simply wanted her to be checked to ensure everything is healing properly, and she’s also due for her routine cleaning. Instead of helping me schedule, the receptionist continuously questioned the need for the visit and kept discussing it with another staff member named Tina during the call. It felt like they were more focused on convincing me not to bring my daughter in, rather than listening to my concerns as a parent. I had to repeat multiple times that I just wanted her seen, but I felt completely dismissed. Eventually, I told the receptionist I would be going elsewhere, though she likely didn’t hear me—she was still engaged in conversation with Tina about why the appointment wasn’t necessary. The lack of concern and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I will not be continuing to take my daughter to this office, as it’s clear to me that they don’t truly care about their patients or the concerns of their parents.
I've been taking my kids here for a couple years. They are just wonderful and very patient.
WORST DENTISTS EVER: I have taken my kids here for 12 years and at first we had a great dentist. The only problem was the dentist and their assistant. My 13 year old had a dentist assistant named kimmy. Kimmy refused to put on gloves and even have basic hygiene. She also was extremely bossy often telling my child to breathe through her nose. The only problem with that is my child's seriously bad allergies so when she did kimmy scrunched up her nose and the muttered under her breath the a word. Also she began flirting with my husband! Also dr.david is THE WORST DENTIST POSSIBLE: he told my child she has like 25 cavities tho another dentist came took a look and said she only had one in the back of her molar he also claimed that the "cavities couldn't be treated" which is BS scince my sister works as a dentist took one look and said it could be monitored and cured. If anything SKIP THIS DENTIST THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH AT YOU AS THEY MAKE UP LIES.
I am not one to write reviews but after today's experience I hope this will help other parents. We have been patients here for the last 7 years (we started with a different AMAZING dentist who no longer works here). Today the dentist maybe spent 1 minute with each of my kids and barely gave me the time of day when I had a few questions and scuffed about my questions about fluoride safety or anything else.
I absolutely love this dentist. My daughter has had the most pleasant experience here. I would recommend to anyone with children who has a fear. They definitely make them comfortable.
