After 25 years with our previous dentist, we were disappointed to learn they no longer accepted Delta Dental and had to make a change—something we were not looking forward to. However, from the moment we arrived at Watters Creek Dental, our concerns were immediately put at ease. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely appreciative of our business. It was clear that everyone enjoys what they do, which made for a very positive experience. After meeting Dr. Jawad Syed and his team, my wife and I feel fortunate that we were led to make this change. Jamie, my hygienist, is the best. She treats you like royalty and takes care of you all the way. The doc and staff are great. The facility is top-notch. I love being a patient because I know I am getting first-class health care.

Dr Syed and his staff are the greatest. Expert dentistry knowledge. Gentle and thorough. Clearly and patiently communicate circumstances, advice, etc. Expert handling of insurance issues (they have an in-house plan available as well which I use & recommend).

Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the care for my cleanings, and all the extensive dental work I have required. I have been a patient here for about 20 years. I love that the office echos the laughter and joy of the folks who provide services. I am happy with the work they have done. We have a good relationship. I recently went in to re-cement two crowns that I believe came off due to highly acidic drink I was using before meals as part of a wellness program for gut health. Dr. Syde took great care in re-cementing them and shows great concern for my health. It is appreciated.

Wow! Amazing service from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor and techs! Truly outstanding all around. I’m fairly picky about my dentist because I’ve had some very bad experiences with previous care. Three sets of veneers should tell you it’s been a tough road! The dentist I finally found, and who gave me my final set of top veneers that I absolutely love, is unfortunately about a 30-minute drive now that I’ve moved to Allen. So I needed to find someone new, which is always a scary feat when you’ve finally found someone you trust. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff has been absolutely amazing. The office is clean, and the customer service is top-notch. When I called about 15 minutes before closing, they were still incredibly kind and welcoming. They were upbeat and professional the entire time. Ursula, the hygienist, was hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. This was the first time I’ve gotten a deep cleaning without needing shots, which says so much about her skill level. Finding out she’s been at this office for over 25 years (and a hygienist for 27!) really speaks volumes about how she feels about the practice! I have quite a bit of dental work coming up… Invisalign, whitening, possible bonding, and cavity repair and I truly feel like I’m in great hands with people I trust and can actually laugh with. Dentists don’t have to be scary… and this one definitely isn’t!!

I was trying to get in all visit to Doctors the 1st of Dec. since I meant my insurance deductible for the year. Good luck trying to get into the dentist on a minute notice in Dec. I gave it a shot & they were booked till Feb. Halyee the receptionist put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. She was calling every hygienist that contract with them. (The hygienist travel from one dentist to next.) Halyee was breath of fresh air of what guest service is all about. She got me in the next day @ 9 am. Talk about above & beyond! I thought those days were over with. Your the bomb Halyee much appreciated. It doesn't stop there either. Jill my Hygienist who either came in on her time off or moved her schedule around to accommodate me was a real Angel In The Flesh. Most Angels are spiritual in nature. I felt very blessed after meeting with Jill. You Rock! I started going to Watters Creek Dental back in 2002, it use to be off Bethany, My insurance had changed & my new policy was not in network. So started using another dental provider. After years of experiencing not every getting in for 2 months out. I went back to Watters Creek Dental a few years ago even though they are not in network with my insurance. I would rather pay the extra money for the Quality of Service that I receive there. The staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards for you. Go see them & experience the difference.
