This is the first time I haven’t been anxious having dental work done. Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming, including Dr. Imperial. That alone is great. But taking it further, Dr Imperial is an extremely skilled dentist. She explains everything she is doing as she works on. Her technique and knowledge are excellent. She even makes a long appointment very comfortable. She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had! If you’re afraid of going to the dentist, come meet Dr. Imperial! You won’t be afraid any more!

I had such a great experience at this office! Dr. Imperial goes over all needed treatment very thoroughly and makes sure you fully understand everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. The dental assistants are so sweet and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The front staff helped me with my insurance after finding out I was out of network and were still able to get my insurance to pay out! Overall, an amazing team that genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nik was absolutely amazing. She was so professional and experienced. She made me feel so comfortable and I would surely recommend her for any matters regard your teeth.

I’m one to be weary of negative reviews, posting or reading them With that said, I’d be remiss if I didn’t warn others before going to this dental studio. Myself, along with several others as you read through these, have been overcharged for services. I own it’s a mistake to ever say yes to work without having a doctor or office, walk you through what you will owe and what’s covered by insurance. I was told that I need a deep cleaning, along with several other services paired with it. First appointment I went to, I paid for 2 halves with only one half being performed, by accident. I caught the mistake because I felt that $700 was just too much for only one side of my mouth. The front office clerk, quickly owned her mistake and made a note for my next appointment. I appreciated it and continued my work, ignoring a warning sign about a lack of transparency and organization. After both cleanings, I started to receive invoices, no call from the office, just invoices saying that I owed over a thousand dollars (after I had already paid.) I had to reach out to the office, they assured me this was standard as insurance gets settled. They said insurance rejects a lot at first but eventually ends up paying… that was not true. Months later, I get told "yeah they won’t be covering, please pay." Insurance rebutted and said this work was unnecessary based on x rays, they had never even had pre-authorization. While yes, everyone is friendly, there are way too many examples of predatory behavior and trying to get lots of money from patients. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
