Downtown Dental is a very professional and friendly office. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy. Dr. Randhawa is very nice and explains in detail what procedures are needed. I enjoy coming to the office and being with the staff. They could not be more helpful. A five star office!

I’ve been a patient at Downtown Dental in Allen for several years now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. One of the things I appreciate most is how punctual they are with appointments. In all the years I’ve been coming here, my appointments have started on time every single visit except one, and that one was only about five minutes late. It’s clear they respect their patients’ time, which is rare and extremely valuable. I’ve also never had any billing issues here—no surprise charges, no confusion, and everything has always matched what was discussed ahead of time. The front office team explains costs and insurance clearly, and that transparency has really built my trust in this practice.

Soooo glad I chose Dr. Randhawa & Downtown Dental. Living nearby, I feel I've hit the jackpot - because this is an office I'd happily commute for. From how swift & accommodating the practice is about scheduling, to the pleasant front desk staff, the dental technicians are consistently thorough, efficient, & lead with empathy. If there's ever an issue, it's spotted right away during the exam with a can-do approach on dealing with it. Dr. Randhawa is also excellent in that he's friendly, direct, *very* clear, & tells you exactly what you need to hear as the patient, as well as his professional take on what's likely ahead. In other words, Dr. Randhawa is better than nice: he's kind. If you're looking for a new dentist you'll never dread going to, Downtown Dental is it. Don't bother with anyone else!

I had my first visit with Dr.Randhawa and his team today. From booking the initial appointment, Lisa and Lori were extremely helpful, kind and patient with my questions. During my exam, Lori was thorough and took time to go through everything with me in detail and leave me feeling secure in the care of the team. Meeting Dr.Randhawa, he was very transparent and worked with me to come up with an appropriate care plan to improve my oral health. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I will be taking my wife and son here too. Editing to add I had to get a tooth extraction and it went so well. Lori did my cleaning, and Diana and Dr.Randhawa did the extraction. They were kind, informative and quick and helped me feel relaxed throughout the whole thing. Truly the best dentist ever!
