Check in with the young lady was amazing. X-ray tech was also very comforting to my 9 yr. old and she went out of her way to make my little one happy! Dr. D was the best, knowledgeable and friendliest dentist in Allen, since Dr. Boon. (70-80's) That's saying ALOT! It's very important to also have a good office manager...TBD

My wife and I have been going to Allen Heights Dental for over five years. Unfortunately, we’ve recently noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. We’ve had major dental work done, including a bridge and an implant, and both experienced issues within a year — either getting damaged or falling off. Each time, we had to return for repairs and were required to pay additional charges, even though the issues were not due to any fault of ours. I would not recommend this office for the following reasons: - Repeated Charges for Corrective Work: We were required to pay every time there was a problem with the bridge or implant, despite these being recent procedures. - Insurance Handling: They collect the full amount upfront, even when you have insurance. They submit the claim themselves, and any reimbursement is sent back to you later. There is no standard co-pay process. - Credit Card Fee: Regardless of the amount, they charge a 3% service fee for credit card payments. They encourage payment via Zelle, debit card, or check. I have not experienced this practice at other dental offices. After years as patients, this has been disappointing. We hope they improve their service and billing practices for future patients.

Went in for an overall check up, their process for getting insurance and how much communication they have in terms of letting you know all the prices and options. Was perfect. I have never really done a cleaning before. It was awesome. Super friendly staff. Felt super accommodated. Felt like all the staff was on top of things and feeling really ready to show my smile and confidence is back in me. Grateful for them and will be coming back again for sure. New favorite spot😁

Brought my son Eli in for a cleaning and some additional dental work, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team is honest, genuinely friendly, and took great care of him from start to finish. You can tell they treat every patient like a person, not just an appointment. Highly recommend.

I have had such an amazing experience with Allen Heights Dental. The front office staff are so friendly, helpful and always take the time to sit down and review my dental benefits with me in detail. The hygienists are very friendly, very knowledgeable and never judgmental. Every time I go I feel like I leave with a new piece of helpful advice to try. They offer payment plans and are very upfront about their pricing. The dentist takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explains everything at a level the average person could understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Allen. They even have Saturday appointments which is so helpful with my busy work schedule!

Going here was a very pleasant experience. I’m glad I found out about this place. The dentist seems very honest and I’m super pleased with the plan that was created for me and the pricing.
