It was a bad experience. I had an appointment at exactly 3:00 PM and arrived on time. However, there were other people waiting, and the dentist was still with another patient. This shows a lack of respect for patients’ appointment times.

They had my teenager listen to a sales pitch from the laser hair removal place next door while laying in the dentist chair, and the cleaning was rough and rushed with water spraying all over her face.

Honestly a pleasant experience all around. The staff were friendly and Dr. Wali was super nice. My insurance didn't work but they gave me a hefty 200 dollar discount which I greatly appreciate. And being open on Saturday is a big plus because no other dentists in the area seem to be open on Saturdays. Overall I'm very, very satisfied.

This is such a great practice! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Navigating dental plans and benefits can be difficult for the insured, but they work with you and help with any issues you may have. Dr. Wali has been a God sent to our family. She is patient, caring, thorough and always takes the time to explain what she is doing. I am a basket case when it comes to dental work, but I always feel like I am in good hands with her. I cannot say enough good things about her and her practice. They have a great location, public transit accessible, great hours, and free parking.
