My experience with Old Town Smiles was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt the professionalism, warmth, and organization of the entire team. The front desk staff were welcoming, respectful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dentist and clinical team took their time to explain my case clearly and honestly, offering treatment options without any pressure or exaggeration. The work they did was clean, precise, and done with genuine care for my comfort—both during the appointment and afterward. Their follow-up and attention to detail really showed how much they value their patients. The clinic itself is spotless, well-designed, and equipped with modern technology. Appointments run on time with minimal waiting, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Old Town Smiles to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent patient care. Six stars!! While I will never love going to the dentist, Old Town Smiles made me come close to loving it! From the welcoming and knowledgeable front desk staff (hi, Cynthia!) to the professional care I received, I can’t recommend Old Town smiles highly enough. Dr. Ahmed spent considerable time going through my treatment plan, answering my (many) questions, and making me feel at ease. She is a true professional and an expert at her work. Jade was also wonderful - very kind and encouraging throughout the visit as I was a nervous patient. Amazing office all around!

Cynthia and Cassandra at the front were so sweet and really made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Barra and Jhade were amazing—they took their time explaining everything and made sure I understood, which I really appreciated. You can tell the whole team truly cares. Wow! What an amazing group of dental professionals and down-to-earth human beings at Old Town Smiles. They are thoughtful, knowledgable and kind. From Cassandra who gave me a tour and asked just the right questions about my dental history to share with the office staff to Jade who gently documented everything with X-rays, photos and videos. From Xavier, the gentle dental hygienist who changed the cleaning protocol to fit my needs and it worked! To Dr. Barra who comprehensively explained my situation. I came home with a big smile! THANK YOU ALL! I may just stop by the sometime before my next visit to get to know Scotch the golden doodle a bit better and say hi.

I had a wonderful experience with old town, smiles from the beginning of talking to Cynthia and Cassandra on the phone such beautiful courteous service on the phone very respectful and very patient when I got into the office they had beautiful smiles on their faces greeting me. I told them that I was apprehensive about going to the dentist and they totally understood. I felt respected and I felt cared for. When I got into the dental chair, Jasmine was so wonderful and patient I felt so good and understood. She gave me explicit understanding of what was going to take place. I really felt comfortable. I especially like how they ask how you want to be addressed now to Dr. Barra very patient beautiful work. I explained to him what I wanted. He told me that there may be some difficulty in some of the work that I was asking to be done. He did not over promise but when I finally getting back in to get the finished product, I was more than satisfied very happy thank you so very much. I will be returning.

Thank you to Cassandra, Cynthia, Jade, Xavier, Dr Barra, and Scotch! I returned to the dentist after a very long hiatus and the team at Old Town Smiles made me feel welcome and eased my (very great) fears about treatment. Everyone is personable and patient. I love animals, so having Scotch the therapy dog there also helped me feel comfortable. Dr Barra and Xavier explained everything about my treatment plan in detail and I feel confident going forward with it. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you are someone who has fears associated with past dental experiences.
