Two years ago, I paid $1,800 for a gum graft treatment on two teeth due to gum recession. Because the procedure was not producing results, three surgeries were performed over nearly a year. Unfortunately, the treatment did not produce satisfactory results. Afterward, I requested a refund and the clinic offered $750 as partial compensation. Although the refund was eventually paid, I had to follow up for almost three months before receiving the money. Additionally, throughout the treatment I felt the doctor was quite distant and did not clearly explain the procedures or what was happening, which made the experience more difficult than it should have been. Poor customer service and attitudes from anyone who handles billing or the front office. Dr Clark is by far one of the greatest Dentist but his current staff is unprofessional, snobby and extremely rude if you have any concerns or questions. Will not be back How do you catch an attitude because I want more explanation of my billing and payments

DO NOT COME HERE!!!This is hands-down the worst dental experience I’ve ever had — I’d give 0 stars if I could. I wouldn’t return for a full year of free treatments. I came in genuinely excited to support a fellow Howard alum, but Dr. Clark turned out to be the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever encountered. Within minutes, he had me in tears. After sharing that I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 2–3 years (I recently moved to the DMV and was focused on getting settled and finding new providers), he asked, "And what would your excuse be for that?" I explained that navigating a new city, insurance, and affordable care as a young woman can be challenging. His response? "Well, you’re broke, so no one can take advantage of you. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be worried about an insurance bill. Only the rich can be taken advantage of." The dental assistant was stunned he said this too. I was shocked and got up to leave before he even touched my teeth. I asked the front desk to cancel my appointment — they showed no care or concern as I stood there crying. The entire experience was demeaning, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. This office clearly prioritizes money over compassion or basic respect for patients. Horrible Horrible expiernce.

Completely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with One Staff Member. I've been a loyal customer of Petes for quite some time, and I've always appreciated the excellent service I typically receive. However, my recent interaction with Beth was unfortunately quite disappointing. Her interaction with my daughter and I seemed quite racial.

Dr. Clark is a great dentist. He is very warm and funny. You can tell that he really loves his work and staff. His office is spotless and inviting. His staff is warm and professional. He is very skilled. He will explain thoroughly any issues. He has built quite a practice. Who enjoys going to the dentist you might ask………I do. Thank you Dr. Clark for your many years of service and how you have taken care of me. Forever grateful. - Dameron

Came to King Centre Dental and from scheduling my first appointment to actually being seen everything was perfect the staff is amazing, friendly, makes you comfortable and treats you like family. Allan and Celina checked on me serval times, made sure I was comfortable the front desk accommodated me with water and updated me numerous times on my appointment. The personality’s here is what we need in more dental practices. I’m extremely impressed. Other than the customer service it’s extremely clean and welcoming here !

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist office. Everyone, from the ladies at the front desk, the hygienist, to the dentist, were awesome. I was only there to drop my daughter off and was able to get a consult Dr. Clark. I've found my new dental home thanks to my daughter!
