Fue una experiencia exelente desde el principio todo el personal fue super amable con mis hijos. Quieren ir ahi todo el tiempo los niños y lo mejor que uno de los doctores habla nuestro primer idioma el español como tambien la recepcion eso es importante.

Dr. Kim and his team are absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with genuine kindness and smiles from everyone. Dr. Kim is not only incredibly skilled but also super nice and always has a warm, reassuring smile that instantly puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. What truly sets them apart is their amazing communication—they always respond quickly to texts and emails, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I made an appointment as a new client for a cleaning three or four months in advance. It turned out to be a consultation. Who needs a consultation for a cleaning? I was told I needed a deeper clean around some of the back teeth, my fillings are getting old, and I should invest in a quality mouthguard. All valid. I said, I would just like a cleaning and when I make the next appointment, I would schedule the deeper clean. I was told I could not make an appointment for the regular cleaning as that was not the recommendation from the dentist. What kind of dentist office refuses to clean your teeth? They did take x-rays and I'm sure will file for payment with my insurance. If I had been told upfront it was a consult I would have declined. I am not sure if it is an insurance scam or they were just trying to sell me things I might not need. Either way, it was a huge waste of time, and I missed my six-month cleaning. I am not the only one who had this type of experience. Read the reviews carefully and check out YELP as well.

My husband and I have been coming to Del Ray Dental for nearly five years now. Michelle and the front office staff are always kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating—especially through their convenient text messaging for appointment changes. Dr. Kim, who recently joined the practice, is truly phenomenal. His exams are exceptionally thorough and comprehensive, and his personable approach to patient education is the best care I’ve ever received. He has an impressive depth of knowledge and genuinely takes the time to share it with his patients. We’re even planning to have my mother-in-law start seeing him as well! I would absolutely recommend Del Ray Dental to anyone in the Arlington–Alexandria area.

Had an overall positive experience. The staff was very nice and the cleaning was excellent. Also, Doctor Kim was very thorough and friendly. Only issue, I was taken off guard with an additional charge outside of my insurance that I had to pay before leaving. Charges outside of my coverage should be brought up prior to providing any service. I will be back as I really liked the cleaning and Doctor.
