The Center for Dental Anesthesia is the absolute best. I love everything about this wonderful office. The front desk of Melisa and Stephanie always makes you feel comfortable when greeted. They are also really great about scheduling appointments and rescheduling as well! Brianna is incredible! She’s been cleaning my teeth for over 3 years and she always does such a spectacular job. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is truly the best! I used to be so nervous about going to the dentist, but not anymore! Lastly the Doctors are top notch. Both Dr. Mady and Dr. Rahini are gentle, warm, and caring and always do such a great job. I love this office so much. A+++++

My son. Darren, has been a patient at the Center for Dental Anesthesia for the past three years. He is special needs and nonverbal. It took my husband and I many months to find a reputable and sipportive dental facility that we were comfortable with to treat our son. The staff is very responsive and considerate of his needs and his parents. Regardless the time of day when calling the office, Melisa and Stephanie are always courteous and accommodating in answering my many questions and concerns. Dr. Mady is an outstanding dental professional who cares and respects the needs of his patients! We are truly grateful to have found this office to administer to Darren's dental needs.

Center for Dental Anesthesia was amazing with my children, explaining everything in a way they could understand and making the whole process stress free. The best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The dental assistant is very good, my dentist is amazing has done a lot in my mouth never felt a thing. I highly recommend them.

I have significant dental anxiety, so walking into any dental office is usually overwhelming for me. From the very beginning, Dr. Rahini and his assistant Kathy completely changed that experience. Dr. Rahini was not only clinically thorough, but genuinely compassionate. He took the time to understand my fears and built a treatment plan centered around keeping me comfortable and stress free. I never felt rushed, judged, or dismissed. What truly stood out was how he discussed my smoking habit and its impact on my oral health. Many providers simply say "you should quit." Dr. Rahini did something different. He carefully explained, in detail, how smoking has affected my gums, healing, and long term oral health without shaming or pressuring me. That conversation meant more than he probably realizes. Because of the way he approached it, I am actively working toward quitting. I left that appointment not anxious, but encouraged and actually looking forward to starting my treatment. That is something I never thought I would say about a dental visit. Dr. Rahini and Kathy are an exceptional team. They didn’t just treat my teeth. They restored my trust.

Awesome Doctors and staff. Both Dr. Mady and Dr. Pouria Rahini-Madjzoub are outstanding Dentists. They both are patience and demonstrate amazing bedside manner. This is very important especially for anyone that has extreme fear of going to the Dentist. They make you feel relax and they explain everything in detail. I would recommend them to anyone.
