Unprofessional inept didn't accept inferior substandard dentures after 3 solid month delay asked for refund partial returned telling me it was for lab work when I literally watched this man take teeth out I come back two weeks later denture still looks the same even apologizing blaming " lab" Alaine wants to charge me for lab work. Making their problems my problem shoddy business practice. Take your money and mouth elsewhere. Now if I had accepted dentures would I still be charged for lab work? After the fact it is called usury.

Dr Alain Selenou was my dentist and did a great job with my 3 lower crowns. He was assisted by Sara who was excellent. Highly recommend BrightNow Dental.

Upcharge, upcharge, upcharge. They refused to clean my wife’s teeth until she agreed to cavity repair that our new dentist said was not required. She has no cavities. I’d report them to the board if I had the time. It is obvious that the equipment in the office is second hand.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. This is the most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk staff, Kelly, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested that my recent X-rays be emailed to me, and she charged me $15—but then sent the ones from 2017 instead of my 2025 X-rays. When I tried to explain that I had new X-rays taken this year, she kept insisting she didn’t see them, hung up on me multiple times, and then refused to answer my calls. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs

DO NOT GO HERE - HUGE SCAM!!! There's so much to this story, but I'll try to keep it brief. First time I came was for a toothache and I wanted to try a new dentist. Would have been fine (albeit in the office for about 6 hours total) if not for the fact that I was upsold two additional procedures in addition to what I actually needed. The only reason I agreed was because I asked up front the cost, and they "ran it through insurance" and it was completely reasonable. Imagine my surprise when they came back to hit me with an $800 bill. The first time I called, they offered to reduce it by 10%. The second time I actually got in touch with someone (months later), they not only rescinded the offer, but when I asked if I could be treated like I had no insurance, they said it would be "much more expensive." This is so insulting - I know how the industry works - medical professionals bill insurance companies absurd amounts, the insurance company says we'll pay 10% of that, and they call it even. It's a negotiated rate. Any other medical establishment I've ever worked with, if you didn't have insurance, you would get a huge "discount" because of this. I guarantee they will try to convince me to take down this post, so I'll make it simple: the 10% offer is off the table from me, as well. Reduce my bill by 50% and then we'll talk. Never going back again.

My appointment was at 11:30am I got there 11:10am, filled up some forms. Waited till 12pm to be on the dental chair the dentist came in saying "talk to me" … ok. The dentist left and I waited another 15minutes for the dental assistant. Got X-rays done for first time patient, paid $31 for an oral cancer check up - received no documents for it, only a verbal "it’s negative". I would’ve at least expected a paper saying I’m negative for it. But they said they didn’t do that. X-rays were a bit blurry, the dental assistant told the dentist she tried retaking them for better views, it was false. The dentist left at 1pm. Will I be coming back? Yes for the convenience. But I’ll still have to see if I’ll be satisfied with the service I’ll get (prophylaxis, general cleaning)
