Dr Rainey and staff are wonderful. I had huge dental anxiety, and hadn’t seen a dentist for many years. They were ALL very caring, gentle and reassuring. Dr Rainey cares about saving and retaining teeth vs just "pulling out". The front office was also very helpful navigating insurance coverage. I highly recommend this office.
You need to update your website and the sign in the front of your office. You don’t answer the phone. The link to make an appointment is broken. I took my daughter in for an emergency appointment in a Friday at 2pm and you had no providers.
Avoid TruCare Dental – Poor Communication & Lack of Transparency I had an extremely frustrating and unsettling experience here. I called to clarify coverage, explaining I had already been seen by a dentist and was in the process of getting my crown replaced. Jessica didn’t even review my policy or check what my coverage actually allowed. She never asked how many emergency visits I had used this year (I’m only allotted two), yet at the end of the conversation she suddenly stated I’d be billed for an emergency visit. This was dropped on me last minute, without any clear breakdown of costs, and without confirming whether it would even be covered. Instead of making sure I understood my options, she tried to get me in on a same-day cancellation without addressing my concerns. The entire interaction made me feel uneasy—like I was being set up for a surprise bill. If clear communication, honesty, and respecting a patient’s insurance limitations matter to you, I strongly recommend going elsewhere
Been going here for the last 10 years so disappointing on the drastic change. Businesses wonder what happened. Changes can be good but not this time.I tried giving her chances but she worked on my right side and my whole entire mouth was sliced up and her excuse was some tooth are more sensitive. I totally understand that I do but my whole entire mouth My daughter went in here and she said the same thing without me saying anything the dentist tore her whole mouth up tooo Is that a coincidence? I wouldn’t want to find out again. She makes you wait And when she finally comes in, I’m not even kidding she says I’ll be right back. Had a 12 o’clock appointment 45 minutes later she still hasn’t started on my tooth kept saying sorry I’ll be back so I walked out. Saw her in another room working on somebody else’s teeth ridiculous.. Even more ridiculous is when I finally said I’m good and the front desk said well we did tell you It Was gonna take three hours. I didn’t know she meant 2 1/2 hours was Waiting. Not want to complain, but what a waste of my time. they need to have their Appointments more organized And better planned very disappointing like I said, I’ve been going there for 10 years didn’t want to go looking for another Dentist
Most comfortable and welcoming dentist visit I’ve had so far. The team/women who worked with me made me feel right at home. They removed all four wisdom teeth top to bottom swiftly and with no hassle. When I felt even a bit of pressure at one point they took action and made sure the procedure stayed painless. My review is well over due, but my teeth have felt great ever since.
Don't know what happened, but front office sucks. After contacting me to relay price for a crown, less what my insurance would cover, I said I would get back to them, but that I wanted to schedule cleaning. Two hours before scheduled cleaning, I was contacted and told that I no longer had insurance. I contacted my provider and was told there hasn't been any interruption in my coverage. I believe the call by true care regarding my insurance was retaliation for not immediately agreeing to have crown done.
I came in last minute for a toothache. They were able to fit me in and took care of more than what I was in for the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. One of the best dentistry experiences.
