Excelente atencion 10/10 todos muy amables y atentos me ayudaron en todo el proceso

First off, 5 stars for Justice. He was quick, professional, and organized. Also props to him for being a slightly optimistic Miami heat fan. The reason for my 2 star review, however, is because of the wait times. I showed up early, completed my paperwork and such prior to my appointment, etc.. Over 30 minutes elapsed from the time my appointment "started" to the time I was brought back by the tech to start x-rays and such. Once all that was done, I was taken back and waited like another 20 minutes for the dentist to come back and look at my teeth for like 3 minutes. Not knocking him for being quick (I’m sure he’s very skilled and experienced), but he was pretty short and emotionless lol. Anyhoo, the appointment ended and I had to wait another 20 minutes to talk with someone to check out and get quotes for fillings and schedule a cleaning. Their next cleaning available was 9 months out, so I scheduled it 🤷‍♂️. But overall everyone was fairly friendly, so that makes up for a lot

My experience at Aspen thus far has been outstanding. The level of care and customer service shown is all that I hoped for and more. The ladies at the front desk and billing are quite helpful. I have had 3 processes done across 2 visits, and so far, all 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental Albany, NY

The people is very nice. The place is awesome. I’m definitely going to recommend people to go there. It was a great first time experience walked out joyful and happy with the work that was done all the information that I needed. I got it definitely a 10 Star Dental place to go to.

I have nothing negative to say about Asoen dental. Other offices are closer but the staff has been amazing at the Albany l9cation. Highly recommend especially in urgent situations. Always a good experience and I hate going to the dentist.

Probably the best dentist experience I have ever had. The staff who took care of me are all super friendly, super fun and made the experience less stressful. Doctor included. I definitely don't mind having to come back for treatments and follow ups. 😊

My experience with aspen dental was great. They help me put my permanent crown back on my tooth. The staff is quite friendly and the place is clean. What I like about it its easy access for my starbus services and local bus.
