If you are looking for a great dentist who ACTUALLY cares about you and don't view you as just another revenue stream, I strongly urge you to go see Dr Kimberly, truly a great guy. I stopped in a few days ago to see if there was something they could do to help my wife as she had "broke her smile" and would take a bit of work to even get a temporary fix (this was extremely important as my wife has a very important wedding to attend in little over a week). Dr Kimberly came out and spoke w me, listened to our situation. At that point I could tell that I discovered someone that really wanted to help. He then managed to squeeze my wife in on 2 separate visits and made a temporary smile that will enable my wife to attend the wedding. Both visits infringed on his time, but still cared and made us happy. I mean, what professional will do that these days???? My wife & myself can't thank you enough. You gave us a superb temporary solution (which is what we needed), until we can work on a long term solution. Nothing but a great experience!

Love everything about this practice! I will admit, being the kind of mid-century architecture nerd I am, when I first moved to Akron, I scheduled an appointment here solely because of their gorgeous building. However, I was pleased to find out that the practice itself is just as amazing! I was assigned to Dr. Paraskos, who is wonderful, and have had perfectly pleasant experiences at each subsequent visit. Office staff makes all the admin stuff a breeze, hygienists are all very friendly and kind and help me keep on top of taking care of my smile. I even forgot my preventative antibiotics on one visit and they had some right on site to give to me. There's a reason they're always so busy and booked. I actually look forward to coming here (and getting a seat in front of one of the giant windows looking over the creek)!!

This place is wonderful. From the support staff to Dr. Pete, everyone is so kind and helpful. I felt at ease the whole time, which says a lot because I'm the personification of "dentist anxiety."

A truly awesome experience, Dr. Paraskos and Beth did a fantastic job while ensuring my comfort. Very personable staff, thanks to Mary, Amanda and Theresa for making my first visit a pleasant one. I fully intend on making this my home office and highly recommend anyone else to take a visit.

Horrible Customer Service. I have been trying to get my insurance approved for my implant for over 4 weeks now and I keep getting the run around from different reps at the office. I called in over 3 times within 2 weeks to confirm my insurance and claim. The reps at the office kept saying they didn't have any record of me speaking with anyone or any notes. I called my insurance last week and they stated my dentist just sent over the claim on 11/21/23. My dentist originally said they reached out to my insurance over 2 weeks ago and submitted the request. (LIES) Now I have to wait another 30 days for the claim to go through and walk around without a front tooth. Worst experience I have ever been through and highly would not recommend!!!!

I should have posted a review a long time ago. Dr. Rogus has been my dentist for about 25 years, of my 70! He is BY FAR the best dentist I've ever had. He's very attentive, great communicator, great problem solver, skilled dentist and all around NICE GUY LOL!!!. I feel lucky to have access to this level of expertise. Thanks DOC!
