From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that truly cares about your comfort and well-being. Dr. Eberhardt is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything so you feel confident and at ease. He has a great bedside manner and genuinely listens to his patients, which makes all the difference. The staff is just as impressive—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Scheduling is easy, wait times are minimal, and the overall experience is seamless. It’s clear they take pride in providing top-quality care, and it shows. Dr. Eberhardt provided me with a new dental device and I was very pleased with the fit of the device and time Dr. Eberhardt spent with me. The staff in the office are very friendly and I was favorably impressed with the new testament bibles on a table in the waiting room and there was a sign you could take one if you wished. Refreshing to see.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to my whole life! They’ve helped change my perspective of dental work, they’re kind, caring, and patient! Every single person here makes you feel welcome checks on you is positive and always in a great mood. 10/10 place for me 🙂

I had a 10:30 appointment and got there early like I always do. This was the best cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. It’s been two years since I’ve been to the dentist, and they got all that tartar off my teeth so good—my mouth has never felt this clean, and I’m 38 years old. The hygienist was amazing. I made her laugh while she was working on me. She did everything perfect, even the flossing wasn’t aggressive. All the staff were just beautiful souls, so warm and friendly from the second I walked in. When I met Dr. Eberhardt, he shook my hand, really listened, and took time to get to know me a little bit. He was concerned about my health and explained I need a crown and root canal. I asked if I could get it pulled instead and he said hey it’s your choice. No pressure at all. They let me not pay today since I only had $200 left. I can pay when I get paid, which helps a lot. The office is on the fifth floor with a great view and cool technology. It’s tucked away on the main road going toward Fairlawn. I don’t like elevators but it was worth it. I’m from Arkansas originally and had it rough with dentists growing up, but this place is different. I’m actually looking forward to coming back in six weeks. Thank you Dr. Eberhardt and the whole team—you’re all like angels. I really appreciate everything y’all did for me.

My first visit and enjoyed it. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and interactive from the front desk to the DA, the doctor and dental hygienist Emma. Dr. Metzger was great to work with. When they say excellence is their standard they mean it!

Gina was great. The entire atmosphere of the place was very warm and welcoming. The Dr was very professional and efficient, easy to talk with. They are out of my network, but are worth it.

I’m very afraid of fillings and going to the dentist in general, but this office has been nothing but kind and accommodating toward both me and my dental health. I recently had a filling that I was extremely nervous about, and both Dr. Metzger and the hygienist were incredibly patient and reassuring. They explained everything they were doing step by step, which made the entire process feel calm and manageable. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. I highly recommend Dr. Metzger and the entire team!
