Your employees are not washing their hands only changing their gloves and from time to time sanitizer. Thats not good enough ! You are dealing with the public mouths. The chairs are not being wiped down with anything disinfectant between clients. I asked the woman to wash her hands and she got upset but tried to remain nice the one who cleaned my teeth . They touch everything all day and i watch . Then they came in to check my teeth with the doctor he came in and samitized the young lady got argumentive with me when i asked her to wash her hands she got very argumentative with me i dont recommend to argue with me . So i give them a 1 star maybe i should put this on their review on google have a nice day

Well I was pleasantly surprised 😮 on how very Smooth my visit was!! Being that Doctor Lard was the only Dentist there. He was Sooo Very Calm!!! With a Great additude!! And Such a Very Nice Person!!😊 I also thought that Kerstin? Lol was So Helpful, and Such a Very kind person!!! ☺️ Just a Great Experience Today!! They had me in and out in a Great Timely manner.

My son had to get four teeth pulled due to wanting his braces to be affective so 4 perfectly not decayed teeth but the dentist and the assistant made the experience so effortlessly and smooth. The dentist communicated with my son the whole time to let him know what he was doing and the experience was wonderful for me and my son and we so appreciate it. Also the front desk people were polite and helpful😊

I had to edit my review unfortunately. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and I have brought multiple people to this practice. I started back with Dr Rosenthal and thought he was wonderful. I have had a few not so great experiences here but everyone has a bad day, so I focused on the good ones. However... After what I have seen with my daughter the last year, my other daughter today.. and with a good friend of mine 2 years ago, I will no longer return and either will any of my family. If you make a mistake, you should own it. And the response to her review was childish and unprofessional. I am disappointed. We will all be finding a new dental office.

Listen I have had the worst experience with Dentists but finding Akron family dental was amazing! They are so thorough so patient and helpful... They just have this incredible way of making you feel comfortable almost like you're at home! I continue to go back and I bring my children 10 out of 10 I recommend this place out of any other dental office

Excellent care with my disabled daughter, she needed a tooth extraction and they did a fabulous job! Very friendly staff, they were very professional in their work environment. 10 out of 10 to the two professionals that took care of my daughter. Thank you very much.

They done a x ray and had me bite down on this thinga mu jig and I had to tell the lady more than once that it was scraping me. Finally she got the message and got a utensil that did not scrape my gums. After that I went to the hygienist to do my teeth cleaning and she done a good job and was very accommodating. The service today was pretty prompt too.
