Al parecer, el sistema tecnológico se cambió de un sistema anterior. No se transfirió información del sistema antiguo al nuevo. Y dentro del nuevo sistema, no hubo transferencia de información dentro de una familia. Esto significó que pasé más de una hora llenando formularios para mí y mis hijos, poniendo principalmente la misma información una y otra vez: dirección, seguro, etc. El tiempo real con el dentista y la higienista dental fue bien. Pero espero que en el futuro, la información pueda transferirse más fácilmente de los formularios anteriores a los actuales y de un paciente en una familia a otro.Apparently the technology system got switched over from a prior system. No information transferred from the old to the new system. And within the new system, there was no transfer of information within a family. This meant that I spent over an hour filling out forms for me and my kids putting mostly the same information in repeatedly: address, insurance, etc. The actual time with the dentist and dental hygienist went well. Shortly after, I received a call back from the "office manager", claiming she was listening to the call. She accused me of cursing at the receptionist—something that did not happen. She then gave her two cents, talking to me sideways, saying she wasn’t going to let me disrespect her staff. Again, I did not direct use any inappropriate language toward her, nor was I yelling or being disrespectful. While I may have expressed frustration using a cuss word due to being in significant pain, it was not aimed at the receptionist. I am also recently postpartum, which understandably affected my tone during the call. If the call had been reviewed objectively, it would clearly reflect this. Unfortunately, instead of reviewing the call and addressing the situation fairly, (lied) I was automatically accused of behavior that did not occur and spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Ironically, during the follow-up call, I did give an example of what "cussing and yelling" sounded like—something very different from how I conducted myself initially. I do not expect to receive services from this office moving forward, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others are aware of how sensitive and dishonest the staff is.Comentario traducidoVer original

My dental hygienist, Wendy, was absolutely out of this world! I have never had a more thorough cleaning in my life. 💗 The dentist was polite and down to earth.
