I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and had a lot of bad experience with other dentist. This is Best dentist i have ever went to. Every employee made me feel welcomed , very out going and the atmosphere is relaxing. Grand river family dentistry they get straight to the point .and are very empathetic. The Dentist are awesome. Trust me you will not be disappointed going to Grand river family dentistry.

Wow oh wow! My visit was beautiful, I felt so taken care of. They were very professional, kind, funny, compassionate and welcoming. The doctor and the one who helped him knew their stuff and made sure I was comfortable 💕Thank you to every one of the staff that helped me. From the front desk to my X-rays , fill in and cleaning. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and even the staff that were just passing through. They did such a fantastic job on my teeth. I am so glad I chose to come to this place. I recommend everyone to go here.

I have been a patient for many years and I adore this clinic. Dr. Azzouz really takes pride in his work and does awesome job with an excellent bedside manner. I had my routine cleaning the other day with someone new Kim and she was a super star. I will request her for now on.

I called this office trying to get my son an appointment. I wasn’t sure if they took his insurance so I asked KIM could she run the insurance run in their system so it can tell me if he’s good to go to come there for an appointment. She proceeds to tell me it’s going to take her 30 minutes to an hour to be able to tell me it’s not an easy process where she can just look it up and tell me. When I been calling around all morning to different dental offices and each n every one did it took less then 3 minutes to do. Kim was extremely rude for no reason and I can not understand why.

Grand River Family Dentistry has been our go-to dentist office for as long as I can remember. They’re the best! I’ve never had any issues with them. The dentists are incredibly knowledgeable and never overdo it. They listen to your pain and manage it effectively. My mom, sister, and I have all been here, and we love the staff.

I love the staff at this dentist office. They're very kind and they genuinely care about how you feel. I would recommend them to anyone. We're completely satisfied with their service.

I must share my experience with you guys the most important person that I saw was the x-ray technician I seen that anyone else was important, but he showed care understanding and compassion, which made me feel confident. I also want to recommend that I’ll keep your financial billing with the company forever she is all of spirit she made me feel right at home. She worked within my needs and made sure that I felt comfortable. What was being charged to me throughout I look forward to trying to get my teeth cleaning and things taken care of and my dental care, my Main with you guys I think out of all the people I touched bases with those two were the most compassionate to me, and I am forever grateful ☺️
