No tengo ninguna experiencia pero me gustaría tener una cita dental

I've had 2 visits & my 3 today. So far I've had a good experience. My dental student Jillian has been great. She's been kind, explained everything being done in detail, seems to know what she's doing & has made sure I'm ok & understand everything. There seems to be more bad than good reviews so I was really apprehensive to go here but so far so good. Granted I've only had X-rays & today will find out when they are going to do the extraction for my dentures. I'm really nervous about it cause I had a very traumatic experience somewhere else but I pray it's gonna be ok. Little nervous about the really really low rating & bad reviews but I'm optimistic it's gonna go fine. Wish me 🤞 & I'll let it be known how it goes.

I would NOT recommend at all! Faculty referred me to resident! Resident program is total chaos. Lost my medical documentation, x-rays, won’t return phone calls, upper "management" blames retirement, charting, their bosses, former "residents" and even receptionist. In my opinion, they’ve hurt a lot of patients both emotionally and our healthcare. Shame this is The Ohio State University.

Very kind staff all around and the care I received was very thorough and I could tell my dentist genuinely cared about giving me the treatment I needed. I am satisfied with my visit and appreciate their care and transparency

I’ve had a positive experience with the dental clinic so far! It does take some time to get appointments scheduled and actually be seen, but the money it’s saved me has been worth it. The student I’m working with, Puja has been fantastic! She’s answered all of my questions even when she’s not in the clinic. I’d be willing to follow her when she does graduate. I just had surgery last week and my surgeon Dr. Porr was great too! I was super anxious, but he explained everything he was doing while in surgery and made sure I was as pain free as possible. I would definitely return for further treatment and refer family & friends that are in need of treatment!

About a year ago I had came in for a wisdom tooth extraction, there were 2 students in the room and the dentist, the dentist doing the extraction was extremely rude and only removed one of my teeth and refused to do the rest unless I was under anesthesia. I had payed for 4 teeth to get removed but only got one removed, tell me how that makes sense, this place was a waste of my time and money and the only nice people in the room were the students, and I was supposed to get a call back from the dentist to reschedule but I never did and now my wisdom teeth hurt worst than they ever have before because the dentures used to take them out. This all could have been avoided if she removed them all. This is by far the worst treatment I have ever received.

The Doctors are not rushed and they explain everything. Best dental visit I ever had! I had 2 cavities filled. Everyone is very helpful and nice. There is a paid parking garage, no free parking.
