Warm, friendly welcome when you walk in. I get very nervous and don't like going to the dentist. Dental hygienist Brittany made me relax and was extremely through and informative. Dr Pfitzer is the best dentist I have ever had. It is obvious that she really cares about her patients, takes time to listen to you, and is very gentle. I have no fear about my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr Pfitzer and the Lake Avenue Dental office.

Front desk is not very knowledgeable about the services they can do so it lead us to being charged for an extra appointment that was not needed. When I called to discuss this Anita expressed its not up to her to decide if they can fill a cavity for a toddler. This should be knowledge that she should have already know. The dentist said they do not carry any of the necessary things to be able to perform that kind of service for someone that young. Instead of acknowledging that Anita made a mistake she took all responsibility off saying its not for her to decide. I feel like this is knowledge a booking person should know. I will not refer anyone to this office and make sure I respond to all the dentist referrals asked for on the military pages suggesting a different office.

Professionalism and a great atmosphere makes LAD the only place I'll go for dental care. Every staff member I have interacted with is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I travel over two hours to this location simply because they are the best. I would recommend LAD to anyone no matter your circumstances or location.

This dental office, the staff, and the dentist are friendly and efficient. They listen and explain without attitude or superiority when asked questions. If asked they provide end user costs prior to procedures. I am not a dentist 'fan', but these folks make the task much less of a chore - even enjoyable.

I've come here for years and years! The staff are so friendly and helpful! It's a wonderful place to receive dental services!
