Great Expressions Dental Centers - Clinton Township

Staff is nice. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. I like when the dental hygienist’s tell me I’ve been doing a good job keeping my teeth and gums clean. Other than that, some of them aren’t too personable, but they’re nice. No comment on the dentist as I’ve only met him twice since I’ve been going here. He barely says hi before he spot checks your mouth and he’s off to other things. I’ve never heard him say my name. 😂 Other than that, it’s a nice quiet office. During my last visit I was a little sad though. I brought one of my favorite plushies (Fuggler) with me and it was obvious they thought it was ridiculous when I talked about it after they asked. Just means I’ll be bringing a different Fuggler each time I go now. 🤣

Dr Fermin and the staff here are great ! Drea the receptionist I think that’s her name and Kelly are the best . They’re so helpful and friendly. Except for one Doctor assistant Ali was so rude and aggressive. Not friendly at all. She opened my mouth and yanked the cement out of my mouth, my chair was on a lying position she came in the room and aggressively lift my chair up. She never explained anything that she was doing. Every time she put that suction in my mouth I can feel it and it hurts. She was very rough and lastly when she called my name to go in the room I was nervous, she asked me what’s wrong and I said I’m a little nervous and she just looked at me and didn’t say a word just hmm! I don’t normally leave a review but I need to write on this one.

MY family and I have been going here for years. Penny is the best and the doctor is quick and easy. Always doing only what is needed. Highly recommend this Great Expressions.

This doctor's office will just book people and then cancel their appointments because it's not the correct information. Booked my appointment yesterday was a whole day that it was booked contact me a day later after I canceled a whole other office that I could have gone to.
