This has been a very positive experience. When I called to schedule a new patient visit, the receptionist was very patient and spent a lot of time looking into our insurance, (which was new to us). The hygienist who assisted the dentist with my visit had positive energy and was very friendly. Dr Shelia Vacendak was delightful. She took the time to get to know me before starting her work. I must say that this was the most thorough new patient visit I have experienced anywhere. Their environment was very clean and pleasant and their technology was impressive. I am so glad we were able to find this practice.

I was on a business trip and having trouble with a problem implant we discussed in a recent visit. He called me while I was out of town and prescribed meds for pick up in another state. I’m so appreciative of Dr Dan’s commitment to provide amazing care for his patients! Thank you!! UPDATE: when I returned from my business trip he was able to squeeze me in the same day I landed. Dr. Dan was so empathic to my situation and the discomfort I was having. He and his assistant offered to stay late to remove the implant that had gone bad which immediately provided incredible relief. They were very gracious and professional….their dedication to their customers and their craft was awesome. So grateful for them!!! I’m 60 years old…by far the best Dentistry business I have ever experienced!! This includes the support staff as well who manage the appts, billing who always greet you with a smile. Great Work!!

Best experience ever!!!! I hadn’t been to a dentist in 18 years - my teeth aren’t gross and really good being it’s been that long but I did have a top wisdom tooth that broke and was causing terrible pain. I called on a Wednesday and got an appt the next day and the following Monday (today) I got my tooth pulled. It’s very inviting from the moment you walk in. It’s very clean and the front desk help is so very nice. The assistants are super friendly. Dr. Daniel is very kind and makes you feel so comfortable and reassured. I was so scared to get numb with needles and have the tooth pulled. I didn’t feel a single thing during either step. I’m so glad I found a dentist I can continue my dental needs with. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I had my initial appointment at Vacendak Dentistry today. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and helpful. Karima set up my appointment and guided me through the process. Brooklyn was my hygienist and did an exceptional job doing my cleaning and all of the other aspects of her job. She also explained my dental coverage so that I will not be surprised by any co-pays I may receive. Karima took the time to make sure I have the knowledge and information needed. Dr. Shelia and Dr. Daniels are absolutely amazing…patient, gentle, and very thorough with our family’s treatment plans.
