Barb was absolutely amazing with our daughter putting her braces on. Dr.Lilli is also so tentative and thoughtful. She took extra time going into random conversations with me & I didn’t feel in the least bit rushed. They made the whole process easy, fun & not a bit of pain putting braces on. The staff was all so friendly that we encountered, they gave our daughter a goody bag of helpful items to use & thoroughly answered all questions we had. They had music playing, high energy and lots of smiles throughout the office. They also allowed me to snap some photos to share with grandparents and to add to a memory box. You can tell that everyone really enjoys working there and together as a group. Highly recommend for ortho care at this office! 10/10 !

The team was very friendly and caring. Barbara explained everything in detail. She calmed my fears. A big thank you to Kim for encouraging me to have a consultation. Dr Lilly was so gentle . I'm looking forward to the next two years of service from this team!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever experienced in my 56 years on this earth. From begging to the end, they were what I was used to back in the day when they actually gave a damn about your time and comfortably. They even have some fun flavor with it all. The entire medical field could learn from Woodard/Lilly Orthodontics in how to service the public. Big ups to you all and bless up. Keep up the good work.

Since my first appointment I’ve felt nothing but welcomed and comfortable in the office. The entire staff is friendly, kind, caring, and patient. Dr. Lilli puts the cherry on top with her kindness, attention to detail and overall just being a down to earth doctor. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great experience! The office was clean and stylish, and everyone was so friendly. Everything went smoothly and fast. Cat handled my payment plan and was incredibly helpful—she made everything easy and stress-free! Highly recommend!
