From my first connection by phone people were kind, patient with a senior and gave me the kindness and time to explain my needs. My appointment was a convenient 2days later. My experience was not hurried all procedures explained and comfortable. Dr. Wagoner carefully explained how he felt we should proceed and I agreed. Laurie went over the cost and I found it would fit my budget nicely. Appointments made. I am confident this will work beautifully! Stony Hill Dental Care embodies professionalism, respect and compassion when it comes to their patients. The receptionist is very friendly, the dental assistant is patient and very accommodating and Dr. Wagner, the dentist is very personable, kind and demonstrates a genuine interest in the well-being of each of his patients. I am someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist, however this team made the visit quite enjoyable. Hands down the best dentist visit ever!

I recently took my son to Dr. K for a full mouth reconstruction surgery, and we were both incredibly impressed. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed, and the dentist's communication was outstanding—he explained each step clearly, which helped ease my son's nerves and boosted his confidence. The results are fantastic; my son's smile looks amazing, enhancing his self-esteem significantly. I highly recommend Dr. Kostrzewski for anyone seeking expert care in a nurturing environment. We look forward to our next visit!

I called Stony Hill literally crying after having a painful experience at a dentist down the street. Both gracious and comforting, the front desk staff treated me like a VIP and got me in right away. I was a new patient, and yet they greeted me like they've known me forever. You can tell that the staff really loves what they do. Diomary took the time to explain everything she did before she did it and asked my permission before going in my mouth with any tool, which totally put me at ease. We tried nitrous to help with my anxiousness but I didn't vibe with it. Not a big deal! No one got upset about the change in plans. Dr. K is incredibly knowledgable, his bedside (chairside?) manner is impeccable, and when he gets in there to do his job? He doesn't mess around. That was the fastest, most painless set of fillings I have ever had done. Seriously, if you have any reservations about going to the dentist, this is the place you want to be. This is fear-free dentistry for humans. Tried to give them 25 stars but Google won't return my phone calls. I CANNOT thank you guys enough.

Due to surgeries, I had not been to Stony Hill in 2 years. Mercedes was wonderful. I am in a wheelchair and she helped get me into dental chair and made sure I was comfortable. She answered all my questions. I would have her clean my teeth again. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice visit.

Other than waiting when I first got there cause they were busy the experience was most refreshing. The technician took my x-rays and pictures of my mouth. The doctor came examine my mouth and then within 20 minutes set up a detailed plan on the direction we were going on and it’s very affordable and Dr. Kay was a great doctor. Can’t wait to return and start work for them to start work on my mouth. Thanks again Lorenzo.

Note: be prepared to wait. their appointments are always behind schedule. They should call and inform patients when this happens... Some hygienists are kind and patient, others are leaning on the abrupt/ rude side. They always find additional cavities no matter how diligent you are with your cleaning. They are thorough and do a great job of providing estimates in advance- better than any dentist we've been to.
