They were excellent from the point of setting the appointment to walking out after the temp crown. Dr gentle and kind. Great communication A+++++ and loved the scenery while they worked away .

I wish I could 0 or -VE to them!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR! Imagix at Johns Creek is a SCAM. They ruined teeth for implant which was very expensive $7500 before insurance. Dr. Pearson took the teeth & did bone grafting then he told to remove the wisdom teeth next to it. Did accordingly. Then he did the implant telling the bone grafting was good. In one & half year the implemented teeth got infections. Now he's telling the teeth has to be removed & go for the implant again with higher cost! He told there were infections earlier then why he did implant on the first place before treating infections? They sell unnecessary medications with high price, even right after paying the medication payment, when we checked it is not needed, they refused to take return. Told once sold there to return or refund! They have SCAM POLICY for return&refund..

Ms. Kang, her assistant and the front desk were very nice and professional. They treated my 86 yr old mom with patience and kindness. I'm happy I selected Imagix to take care of my mom.

I recently saw Dr Pearson at the Johns Creek Office for an oral surgery, and everything went so smoothly. He has a warm, friendly manner that instantly puts his patients at ease, and takes time to explain everything he's going to do, steps you through it as he goes and makes sure you are totally comfortable with your aftercare. He even provided his cell number in case you had questions or issues after you got home. I have had very little pain, and am more than happy with both Dr Pearson and the whole office!

I highly recommend Imagix Dental on Jones Creek Parkway. Dr Pearson is one of the best priodontists I encountered and, believe me, there have been many. He is incredibly knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners. The office is equipped with the latest technology and my laser surgery was a lot less painful than the traditional methods. And last, but not least, the office staff is welcoming and caring. A big thank you to all at Imagix Dental.

I went here for years. And after some major health issues, realized this place had never referred me to an ENT. They even missed an old root canal with a major infection that had been lingering for a long time. I cannot believe they never caught it. I highly recommend finding a place that actually cares about their patients. The amount of neglect that occurred is ridiculous.
