Dr. Hanna has truly been the best dentist I’ve had in the past decade. As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially around dental procedures, her professionalism, patience, and genuine understanding completely changed my experience. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel safe and cared for. Because of her, I’ve been able to overcome fears I carried for years. She is truly amazing. Her staff is just as wonderful. Sandra, Elia, Julian and Mariline are the sweetest. They have excellent customer service and always make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I also really appreciate that they are bilingual, which makes a huge difference for patients like my mom who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. They also offer pre-service payment plans, which makes treatment much more accessible and manageable. The office is wheelchair accessible, and there is convenient parking in the back of the building, which makes visits even easier. I’m so grateful to have found this office. Highly recommend.

I scheduled a new patient consult here because of all the good reviews and I needed a good dentist that I could trust to do my work. However, after the consult, I learned that they Would not do any of my work And apparently only focus on root canals Only doing fillings for a long time patients… It’s almost like they just didn’t want to help me because I have Medi-Cal. feeling hopeless like I may never find a good dentist. I love the Doctor she was very nice, Just seemed like I was too problematic to take as a patient.

Dr. Hannah is very knowledgeable. The dental practice serves primarily latino patients and their of level of customer service is next level if you are hispanic. If you are of any other culture or race, it is advisable to look for a dental practice that is more customer service orientated and is friendlier towards clients and patients of other races and cultures. The staff speaks spanish and one doesn't know if they are talking about you while you are waiting as a patient in the lobby.

I can’t say enough of how much I enjoy this place! Everyone is so personable, friendly and a great experience every time I visit. They take the time to get to know you and explain everything they’re doing before they start.
