I had a great experience at this dental office. Lacy, the hygienist, was wonderful. She explained everything step by step and was extremely thorough, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. The doctor was very kind and took the time to make sure everything looked good and that I didn’t have any questions. The front desk staff were also very easy to work with, which made scheduling and checking in simple. The office itself is very clean, welcoming, and professional. I was a patient here years ago before moving away, and after coming back to the area I’m really glad I chose to return. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

As someone who has put off going to the dentist and doesn't like needles, I wouldn't say I've enjoyed going, but they make it the best experience possible. The front desk staff are very welcoming and accommodating of schedules; the office texts with last minute openings, which I like. I needed periodontal cleaning and Lacy was super. She explains everything and works efficiently. Although I still don't love going to the dentist, this is this best experience I've ever had.

Dr Adam is the best (& the team is pretty fantastic!) especially the front desk staff. They are A++++. Great communication, helpful in emergencies and set you all up. Have gone to them for regular cleanings, fillings & an implant. All came out very well!

So I have had to write 2 bad reviews now in my whole life and yes- this is one of them unfortunately. I LOVED my hygienist and front desk staff, but the dentist himself seemed like he only wanted money. I came in and they did the whole cleaning and X-rays and I need a lot of work done to my front teeth, but insurance only covers so much. The treatment plan he recommended came out to $17k total out of pocket. I was in shock. He said he could do it in 2 visits. I cannot afford to pay that but I desperately wanted my front tooth cavity / crown fixed. I asked if I could just do 2 for now since they were painful and they said no! I asked for other treatment options and was told my treatment plan is the option. I’m still shocked that they sent me away and would only do it in 2 sessions and charge that much. It seems like I wasn’t worth it to be a patient if I could only pay for 2 crowns or teeth at once. I felt horrible and it’s almost been a year since it happened and I still feel horrible about it. Again, the hygienist and front office staff were great. But to turn away a patient who is hurting and wanted just a different option or to do more sessions to break up the payments? That’s outrageous and really upsetting.

Marshpoint Dentistry is an amazing place! The doctors are professional, gentle, and genuinely care about their patients. The team is always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. It’s rare to find a dental office that makes you feel so comfortable—highly recommend!

Lacy was outstanding! She explained everything she was going to do, made it easy to understand, and showed me pictures of the areas of my teeth that need work. I very much at easy as her patient.

This dental office and staff are excellent. Alexis the dental hygienist, is very informative and pleasant. I will be going back for procedures with Dr. Adam, I know I'm in good hands here!!
