Pésimo servicio, puente que aseguran durar 5 años o más no dura ni 1 año, más de 4,000 dólares botados a la basura y el dolor insoportable para terminar así y la garantía ni hablar simplemente dicen que ellos ya terminaron el trabajo y no pueden hacer nada. Pésimo servicio no lo recomendó ni a mi enemigo :’(

My experience at Golden Oak Dental Group was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived early for my 3:30 PM appointment at 3:10 PM, completed paperwork promptly, and waited patiently. By 3:54 PM, I still hadn’t been seen. When I asked for updates, I was finally moved to a dental chair around 4:21 PM—nearly an hour past my scheduled time. When I inquired again about the delay, the manager Eli responded defensively, framing *me* as the problem rather than addressing the clinic’s poor time management. I emphasized that I deserved respect for my time, having arrived early and complied with all requirements. Her dismissive reply? "I have no control over how long treatments take." When I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, she abruptly suggested, "Your dentist can refer you elsewhere if you don’t like it here." This lack of accountability, poor communication, and outright rudeness from management is unacceptable. A dental practice should prioritize patient care and transparency, not blame clients for their own scheduling failures. I left feeling disrespected and undervalued. If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of clinics that respect patients enough to communicate delays or apologize for inconveniences—Golden Oak is not one of them.

If you’re not happy with your dentist office, you need to come to Golden Oak dental Office.Delilah, Ellie and Matt are there to Greet You they are very professional and a warm smile. Betty She is so wonderful. I love her. Dr Emil S Makes you look beautiful He takes Care of all your needs. He’s a very warm and caring. Person. then we Have Ed Who is working behind the scene working hard in the lab and if things don’t go right the way you like your teeth, he will come in and make it right. Thank you golden oak dental For making me look good and happy. You are warm, caring and good at what you do and I love you and your services So if you’re not happy, you need to get over to golden Oak dental they will make you happy and beautiful At least that’s my opinion I will be forever be grateful with your work and the service you provided Me.

Best Dentist!! Dr. Simanian takes the time to discuss your dental care, doesn’t sugar coat it and l really cares for his patients. The entire staff are the reason I keep coming back.

I recently moved to the Santa Clarita area last year, and have been looking for a great dentist for months. I’ve finally found one. When I called to set an appointment, I was assisted by one of the front staff members who was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Upon my arrival, when I met Dr. Simanian I immediately felt at ease as he explained his course of action in terms of my dental work.   I cannot emphasize enough what professionalism and compassion Dr. Simanian exuded, which I find extremely important as I suffer from dentist anxiety. Moreover, he and his assistant Betty were extremely gentle in their craft. Bar none the best dental experience I have ever had in my 50 years and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

A very pleasant experience! I was going to the same dentist for about 15 years, but she had recently retired. I chipped a tooth earlier this month in the middle of the night and didn't have time to make it to my own dentist, so my brother referred me to Dr. Emil Simanian at Golden Oak Dental. Dr. Simanian was able to see me the next morning as an emergency. I had significant work done and I was very pleased with the overall experience. He has an excellent chair side manners and was very patient with me. Her staff was very courteous, and the office setting was clean and welcoming. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I will be going back, highly recommend this dentist.
