Sunrise Dental of Richland

By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Dentist office! Not only did they accept my Son as a walk in on a Saturday but they also fixed his chipped tooth. Everyone was extremely nice and made my little one feel at ease with the treatment he had done. The office was also very clean which is definitely a plus. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you Sunrise Dental!

We have been going here for a few years now. The staff and dentist are always pleasant and nice to work with. However, the scheduling is very unorganized. Over the last year I have shown up for 2 appointments (that were booked in office and confirmed face to face with receptionist). Each time they have told me that I am not scheduled that day and turn me away with a new appointment. This happened again a couple weeks ago and it was the final straw for me. Unfortunately, I am moving my whole family to a new dentist.

One of the most wonderful dentists out there! I drive out from Portland, OR to see him - that's how good he is. I've been seeing him for years and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. Dr. James Ellis has a very warm team of professionals ready to serve you and your needs! 🦷🪥😄

I am extremely pleased with my experience at sunrise dental in richland. I broke off a molar below the gum line, I can't remember the Dr's name but, boy was he good! He extracted the tooth with absolutely no pain! One day later it is still painless! The compassion and bed side manner was top notch, from the receptionists upfront down to the doctor! Well done sunrise dental, you guys were awesome!

I have been going to Sunrise for years. Very professional and super friendly. Dr. Ellis is by far the best dentist I have seen in all my years of going to a dentist in tri cities. He actually worked really hard and saved my tooth from extraction. Amazing doctor. The best. Open weekends so I have no issue getting an appointment without missing work.

Came in for a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Ellis and had the best experience! He was very gentle and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice as well. I came in a couple minutes early and they were ready for me right away. Great choice of music in the office and overall a very nice and comfortable environment. Honestly best dental office I’ve been to!

Before visiting with Sunrise Dental I struggled with teeth issues my whole life. Going from dentist to dentist with reoccurring problems. Atlast, Dr. Ellis saved my teeth. Not only did he perform a root canal with a perfectly matching crown, but he also re performed several existing fillings taking them from the old silver and black to the new shinny white fillings. The shots he provides never hurt and he always has good relaxing conversations. Also he has picked some great hygienist who know what they are talking about. Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot.
